July Exercise Challenge

That's awesome! nothing for me yesterday, today was a walk with the husband after dinner. Poor guy has lost a few toenails after his triathalon but he finished - which was pretty awesome. 52 minutes 273/1200

My DH is training for a full, and he lost his first toenail. So far, I've never lost one. I hear it's a rite of passage as I increase my distances.

I ran a 5k yesterday. I also broke my fitbit :( I feel lost without it. It should be replaced, but it will probably take a week.

I *so* understand this. I forgot to wear mine the other day (really only 1/2 a day--but the more active half), and I felt like all my exercise/steps didn't really count. ;p I hope the replacement arrives swiftly!

Cleaned all of DS's babystuff, crib and clothes out of his room to make way for big boy bed :sad1: and took it all 2 floors down to the basement. I don't even know how many times I went up and down all those steps but I sure was sweaty! Scrubbed all the floors too.
