July Exercise Challenge

stationary bike for 25 minutes. It might not seem like a lot, but I was plenty sweaty when I finished.

Just got back from the gym - elliptical, walking and bike - 45 minutes

July 2-6 - 100 minutes - conservative number for walking at Disney pirate:

145/1000

Finally on the board with a 60 minute family walk tonight. We left a little later than we meant to, and got an up close and personal reminder that the rattlesnakes come out in the evenings to warm themselves on the road. Good thing he warned us, or I would have a very sad dog on my hands.

360/1200

Two 30 minute walks and 60 minutes riverwalk and swimming.

I think I will be caught up by the time we hit the half way mark. :cool2:

It's fun to see all the colors changing. :rainbow:

Yikes to the person who saw a rattlesnake! :faint:

96 min bridge run this morning. HOT!

Thanks for hosting and keeping us on track :)

I'm changing my goal to 750 minutes by July 17th, the day before we hit the road for WDW. Today I did 75 minutes total...cleaning out the closet and weight training.

Lots of running and walking--36.38 miles so far this month. :)
Thanks so much!

blister is healing well, so I am back to walking to work (instead of biking as it is very rainy here) and that adds quite a lot of minutes quickly. But I got faster. I am now walking the 3k in a little over 30 minutes!

629/2800

3 miles of speed drills last night. They are pretty much awful, and I hate them. That is all.

445/1200

Struggling to do anything more than walk these past couple of weeks, but I did a bit of strength training yesterday.

We're headed out to Yellowstone for a few days. I'll welcome those mornings in the 50s!!!!

Updated through 116.

Nice job on all the people who are one third of the way through their minutes! Nice job to everybody for moving!

Bonnie--nice job on reaching your goal and bumping it up. I know you'll have such a fun trip!

yikes on the rattlesnake!

Magdalene--glad your blister is healing and great pace walking to work!

I was a sloth this morning and didn't go to class. Part was that we didn't get home from Ds's concert until 11 PM and class is at 5:45 AM, but mostly I just wanted to lounge in bed! Better do something today!

I went to Utah a year ago and fell in love (it's a LOT different from Maine) but you can keep the rattlesnakes, thanks.

Today an early morning track workout and some strength training mid-day.

57 minutes
