Thanks for the kudos about my previous message, y'all. I really just wanted anyone who might be hesitant to join to not be intimidated by starting out with baby steps. :) When I see numbers like yours, Rose, 2014 minutes, THAT could be intimidating, but I just grin for you and think GO FOR IT!!!

thanks to last week's public transportations strike I have found new pleasure in walking to and from work. This morning it took me only 30 minutes to walk 3 km. That was pretty fast walking!!

I hope people don't see it as intimidating.:goodvibes We just have so much cruddy stuff going on here, that I swear if I didn't walk/run so much someone would have to pull me off the roof.:rotfl: Plus we have a 5 month old puppy who needs three miles a day or she gets in trouble.:thumbsup2
