OK! the last 3 days have been a total of 100 minutes. So, up to 220. Planning on a walk tonight to enjoy the fireworks for the end of the summer celebration here. Hope to add another 40 minutes!
I just got back from vacation. My exercise total went up, but so did my weight...
Sun - 30 min elliptical, 30 min treadmill
Mon - 90 min walk
Wed - 60 min walk (rocky beach)
Thu - 60 min bike (around Mackinac Island), 60 min walk
Fri - 60 min walk (beach)
Well, I had planned a 60 minute bike ride, but by the time we got to the bike store to pick up dd's birthday present, plus all the adjustments and broo-ha-ha that goes along with it, there really wasn't time. So we went down our street a couple of times. So I can only claim 15 minutes....but I'll take it.
I got a late start and didn't start exercising until late last week but I have really been back on track with my exercising and my food so far and am feeling pretty good! So I am ready to take on this challenge.
Due to a late start though I am only aiming for 800 min. this month.
