July Exercise Challenge (Updated 8/1)

45min. of interval training on treadmill today. Total is now 920/1300
 

I am at 775/1500. I am updating everyone's totals on the first page.
 
The bad news is......it started to pour during my walk so we only walked for 15min.

The good news is......I RAN all the way home! :teeth:
 
Did a double class last night since our pool will be closed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Will do another double class on Wednesday. Now I'm at 600/900!

This challenge is fantastic! It keeps me moving!
 
Yesterday at the gym was 30 minutes of weights and 35 minutes on the elliptical.

780/1300
 
I got in 330 minutes last week. That puts me at 670/1200. With thirteen days left to go, I could make it!

25min. of Taebo and 15min. of interval training = 975/1300
 
It wasn't "organized exercise" but I spent 2 hours cleaning and organizing the basement (huge heaps of clutter and crap) I'll take credit for only 1/2 b/c some of the time was pausing and thinking about what to do with certain items (give away, throw away, ebay, store, etc) I was sweating through the whole process though so it must have done SOMETHING for me!! :)

That puts me at 371/800.
 
I am now officially at my halfway point! 400/800 :) I am pretty happy about that since I started the challenge late!
 
Ok, must catch up...Monday was 55 min. TM and tonight was 45 min elliptical and WATP for 100 minutes. Puts my total at 660/1200.
 
I am right now at 690/1200. I did 25 minutes of walking yesterday (really too hot but we were down a car) and 25 minutes of yoga this morning. More walking today as I help my son with his Eagle Project.

Keep moving everyone we still have lots of time this month. For those who are in the really hot weather I hope it cools off for you soon. It did cool off here in NJ
 
Woohoo! I broke 1000 minutes today! :banana: :banana: I did 45min. of interval training. I'm really trying to work on the intensity of my running. It was a chore to GET myself onto that treadmill, but not that it's finished and I feel energized, I could almost do more!.....almost!! ;) 1020/1300
 
Last night I did a 60 min. yoga class bringing me to 660/900. I think I'm going to blow through my 900 minutes. I just started back on the exercise band wago so I'm pretty proud that I've kept it up. Going for my second week of working out 6 days a week!
 
Ok! add 120 on for the last few days. Has been busy, and just too darn hot to sit here in the computer room.

Up to 590/1000! Very excited!

Adding another 60 minutes of hard cleaning of the basement for me. Plus we moved all of the computer stuff from the upstairs guest room to the basement. Who needs a stairmaster????

431/800 for me now. :)
