Was supposed to do a 6 mile walk today, but ended up with only 5.25. Just couldn't go another .75..siiigghhhh. That gives me 90 minutes for today, bringing my total to 830/1200.
Got to the gym after work yesterday and did 30 minutes of weights followed by 35 minutes on the elliptical. This morning I went to On the Ball class (60 minutes) followed by Treadmax class (today we did hills for 45 minutes).
I've been slack at posting my exercise here, and for the most part pretty slack at exercising this month. I have done some though. My new total for the month is 428/750.
I know it is to late for me to enter the challenge but I am intrested in doing it for future months. Can someone explain how that whole system actually works - I mean all those like
1150/1300 what does stuff like that mean?
Also I am good at making clippes perhaps I could make one for August?
