July Exercise Challenge (Updated 8/1)

Hi all,

I had high hopes of upping the cardio this week, but I hurt my ankle at work which necesssitated wrapping it for 2 days, thus no minutes on those days. I forgot to write down each time that I worked out this week, but my updated minutes are at the bottom. Don't know if I'll make goal now, but we'll see....I'm gonna shoot for 1200 definitely!
 
Much better week for exercise with lots of walks and even a good swim. 280 for the week, so 460/800 for the month. :banana:
 
Yesterday I did 30 minutes of weights and 35 minutes on the elliptical.

Today I went to On the Ball class (60min), followed by 40 minutes on the incline treadmill.

680/1300 Halfway there!
 
Hubby and I did yoga this morning for 40min. making my new total 815/1300.
 

I did 50 minutes of Deep water exercise last night and 45 mintues of aqua fit this morning that brings me to 480/900. WooHoo! I'm finally at the halfway point.
 
feeling a bit better today but still hacking up a lung. :earseek:

got 30 minutes on the treadmill. at least that's something :)

311/800 for me.
 
Add 60 minutes to my total! Up to 440! Yippee!

I've been a little lax in posting my exercise progress. We were on vacation at DL last week and other than the usual walking, I didn't get in any exercise the whole time. However, I am up to 450 minutes as of this morning. Still hoping to meet my goal by the end of the month!
 
I havent been keeping track on this thread but have kept track elsewhere. To date due to mowing grass, hiking, walking, Curves, etc Im up to
997 mins for July - thank you
 
Dh and I were CRAZY and went on a 60min. walk tonight. We had our water bottles thank goodness, but man was it HOT!!! Total is now 875/1300
 
10 minute swim today while everyone else was playing in the pool - 490/800.
 
Alright, add 30 minutes of indoor walking. The heat was unbearable today! More of it tomorrow!

I am at 620/1200. I did it early since it is going to be very hot today. Maybe some swimming this afternoon
 
30 minutes walking Friday, 120 minutes stretching and training (6.18 miles) Saturday, and 20 minutes walking Sunday brings me to 525/1000.
 
Yesterday I did 35 minutes on the treadmill. The instructor at the gym didn't show up for the class! :furious:
