July 9th 2005 - West Coast Cruise.

Oh look, I was the 400th post!

So, do they have the dessert buffet only once per cruise? I told my DH that I would make that buffet no matter what (even if I have to set the alarm and go in my jammies). I hope it is on a night before a day at sea so I don't feel like I have to get to bed early to enjoy an excursion.

If I remember correctly. I think I saw that Goofy on the elevator ride up to deck 9, perhaps mid-ship elevators?

Wow, 146 days.

Be careful Chris - I know who your boss is!
Sheila, as long as I make my numbers, my boss wouldn't care if I threw scrapbooking parties in my office all day long!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Besides, if you see me posting during the day, then I'm most likely sitting in my office, on a conference call, with the door closed. These calls are typically characterized by 1) a cast of thousands, 2) many, many, many words being spoken, and 3) precious few of those words are to the point. :hourglass

If any of you have a better scenario to post to the DIS than that, I'd like to hear it.... :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

BTW, 18 posts today makes 20 for the weekend. I'm already savin' my money for that round....

Hmmm...looks like that belongs on a wall somewhere near the goofy pool.????

Kim

Good guess Kim but it's actually on the wall by the Mickey pool. Not sure why they put Goofy by the Mickey pool and not the Goofy pool.

And Chris - let me know if you have that scrapbooking party, I'll be there.
Sheila,
That was just an example of a far-fetched scenario I came up with...you should talk to soccermom-Cheri if you want someone in our household to hold a scrapbooking party.

Kim, am I completely senile, or do I recall something about you being a scrapbooker? Even if you are, I'm probably completely senile anyway.

Chris

Chris--Yep, I'm a scrapbooker! I'm a CM (Creative Memories) consultant. I'm actually going to be spending next Fri and Sat at Embassy Suites in Temecula scrapbooking with a few friends for one of their birthdays. So I'll be really tired for our lunch on Monday at Rainforest Cafe!

Chris - I sat here laughing at your post, because Darren says the same thing about those darn conference calls. Unforunately for him, he sits on the trading floor, and doesn't have an office door to close.....

Hmmm......anybody home? :confused3 :confused3

OK, since Sheila hasn't yet posted the next picture, and since Sara put the onus on us to "chip in a conversational gambit", here's a three-part question that might draw some posts out:

1. Name your top 3 Disney movies of all time
2. Name your top 3 movies of all time, period (if they're the same as in #1, then you truly are a Disney fanatic   )
3. What is the single funniest movie scene you have ever seen (pun intended) :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Chris

Note to Mr. Chris: Shrek is a Dreamworks production, not a Disney production...... Don't let Mr. Katzenberg know you'r giving his movie Disney credit.
