Just checked for Palo and it says there are reservations available for 1-2 guests for dinner. Doesn't help us since I was hoping for brunch or tea but maybe it can help someone else

Does anyone have the list of what currencies we need? I remember seeing one somewhere but forgot to print it at the time. Thanks!

I don't know if this helps or not...can't think of the currency names. But if you go to Bank of America or I guess any bank, you can order currency and you get it an 2-3 days. I went to BofA cuz my FIL banks there and they waived the fee. I told them which countries I was going to and ordered ~75 bucks each for Oslo, Copenhagen, St. Petersburg, and Stockholm. 150 bucks for Germany and Helsinki since both are euros, and a some pounds for pre and post cruise stay. At the end I will convert all back to euros and save it for the TA next May!!!

I remember a few of you from the '07 Med cruise (I posted more frequently on that thread...had more time that year lol) and I wanted to say, "Hello" to all of my fellow shipmates! I'm a teacher and done with work now for the summer and thought I'd hop on and try to do some catching up before we set sail!

I received confirmation for our DIS brunch for the 1st Full sea day at 10:30. I was informed,however,that those of us who also had brunch reserved for another day have had those ressies cancelled - SO - if you would rather have brunch on your own instead of with the group - let me know asap and i will try to get you switched back.

Good morning all-

Feeling kind of sad today...just sent my 3 boys with my mom to Taiwan this morning. Originally they were going to wait for me to return from the cruise and we were all going to fly out 2 days later. Two weeks ago my mom asked why she had to wait in Florida for me to return when they could have more time with family in Taiwan, so the mad dash to change their plane tixs and now get visas for Taiwan since they are going to be there now for over 30 days. It has been crazy. I completed the 36 memory books I was doing for Christopher and Zachary's class. Chris is in Kindergarten so those books were massive because of all their field trips. They are going to be out of the country for about 75 days, so getting 2 of the boys meds together was challenging. 2 of them have asthma symptoms so had to pack the nebulizer and all the meds for that and then their daily meds of singulair and nasonex. My mom is a walking pharmacy.

Anyway, now I can devote the time completely for this cruise. We got our docs yesterday.
I have a lot of pages to catch up on now, but i am very excited and can't wait to meet everyone.

Correct me if I'm wrong, was this for people who had booked early? I had booked from day one. I know several of you had received the letter. I was wondering if one of you could PM your res # or letter so that my TA could have the CM at DCL look it up and see if I would qualify for it. It doesn't hurt to ask. I didn't know the exact criteria of how they figured out who would receive the OBC.

Not sure but I received the letter stating I would receive the credit... That documentation is important.

I booked early but had travel partners book late last year and got it as well.

We were notified back in December that we would receive $100 per person.

we booked last April & got the credit. The letter doesn't really say anything other than - you are getting a credit.

Maybe only certain categories are getting it? We're down on deck 2 cat 12

finally have all the little transportation reservations made!
Only need taxi from Ashford train station to Dover B & B but that doesn't need to made ahead of time.....never thought I would get it all done!

Now to look at clothes.... that should be a joke....
