Hi! For Palo it was in the Triton Lounge on my September cruise. I had an 11:45 PAT and the line was easily 45 min to an hour long, so just be prepared for a possible wait. I’m not sure about the beverage seminar … possibly through guest services or the adventure desk next to it. On the Dream, I was able to sign up at the bar back by Palo/Remy, but the Treasure has so many adult bars, I’m not sure where they hold the seminars. Good luck!

You can check availability for beverage seminars once you have access to the Navigator app with ship WiFi in the cruise terminal. If you don’t see anything available, you can add your name to a wait list at Guest Services.

Triton lounge this past Saturday. Line wasn’t too long - but embarkation was really slow.

Palo will be at Dining Changes. It'll likely be Triton Lounge, but check the app once you get to Port (it'll be listed as an activity). People will also line up before the start time, so keep that in mind.

There's not a specific spot for beverage seminars, so Guest Services would likely be your best bet. As PP noted, you can also book those in the app once you get to port (and are connected to ship wifi so the app goes into 'ship mode').
