We will be arriving on july 3rd(late) and our first day in the parks will be the
4th. Has anyone any advice on where to go the 4th? We don't have a hopper.

Thanks
Lori

Unofficial Guide (Touringplans) recommends Epcot.

It'is the largest park and the crowd level is expected to be at 10.

Wherever you go, get there at rope drop and don't plan on leaving.

We were there for the 4th last year. We did MK and it wasn't as crowed as I expected...only ride with 90min or higher (actually it was 150min) was Splash Mt. We used Fastpasses and took a break at 2pm and came back for the night .....around 6pm...had a great night!

Have a great trip!

I would either hang at the resort or go to Epcot . MK generally closes at some point due to capacity as does DHS. AK is just too small and too hot to arrive late in the day on July 4th.

We're doing something similar. We're staying off-site for a week, then on July 4 we're moving to OKW. I'm keeping my eyes open for ideas, but for now, I'm planning on just hanging out at the resort, unpacking, maybe go to DTD or shop off-site, something like that (we'll have rental cars). If we do a park, we'd probably just do World Showcase. I'm looking to see if there are fireworks planned for DTD--there were last year, but Pleasure Island has closed since then, so nobody seems to know. I also have a 3yo who typically naps--he can skip a day, not a huge deal, but since we'll be between resorts, he probably won't that day, so I'm not inclined to have him out late that night, KWIM?
