The best thing was the blue lanyards. Anytime I saw someone in the terminal, I knew they were one of us and would introduce myself.

And we really didn't have very many people in the group. The Sept. 1 Magic cruise has over 300 people right now (something like 125 cabins). That's when you really get to see lanyards all over the ship.

So the rumors for 2010 are 1. Hawaii, 2. Alaska 3. Mediterranean 4. Northern Europe. Other option of course would be Caribbean.

Hmmm. What to wish for.

I think our order of what we'd wish for is:

1. Alaska
2. Northern Europe
3. Hawaii
4. Med

We did the Med cruise and have been to Hawaii (not that we wouldn't go again--so much to see and do!) but have not been to Alaska and Northern Europe, at least not if they do the Scandinavian countries. We'd sign up for any of the first three, really.


I don't know about you all, but I'm still readjusting toward non-vacation mode ... shocked and surprised that the dishes don't wash themselves and the bed-making fairy hasn't come while we're at work

If Disney does do a Hawaii cruise you all have to come to our house for a big luau! And even if they don't, if anyone is over here someday, be sure to keep in touch and we'll be happy to host a barbeque.

I'm also looking for that cleaning fairy, and the paperwork fairy, and the get the kids ready for school fairy

So far all tests are normal......have more coming up but seems for the moment all is well. Still tired and run out of energy fast which is unlike me since I love to be on the go...I am suppose to go to DL with my 2 best friends for our girls weekend out/our annual no kids no DH weekend next weekend...hope I am up to it.

Hi all, This is a little random but while on the cruise, my daughters went to the Stack (the teen club) a few times, and then when we got back on land, realized that they couldn't facebook any of their new friends because they hadn't gotten their last names (leave it to kids.). Anyway, now they're driving me crazy. I suspect this has something to do with cute boys. LOL

If any of you know of a facebook group or somewhere where these kids are talking, let me know! I'm sure they'd be thrilled. Thanks!

Actually, up until 30 seconds ago, I don't think I had ever been in the Community Forum.

Maybe I should stop by sometime....but then, I'm already addicted to DIS due to the DCL Forum...if I started posting in the Community Forum, I would never spend any time with my family (or get anything done at work).

Lots goes on in the Community forum. Everyday there are new threads started on all kinds of things. The other forums are fun also and yes there is no life after the DIS

You will always find posts from me there either in someone elses thread or one of my own. You can also always find me in the Hillary thread, but we Hillary supporters chat about all politics in there.

I actually choose the Christmas Cruise on purpose. I'll turn 40 on 12/25/09.
So.....just in case we are able to do that cruise we decided to book that date.

Thanks Tom ....I do remember seeing them...where are yours? I saw your video but did you also have pictures? I have not DL ours yet but when I do I will post them. Not even sure what I took....my memory still stinks since my seizures so it will be like looking at every thing all over again.

The only thing that stinks about my memory loss is that I cant remember all we did on our vacations....but it is slowly coming back to me. sure the pictures and video that we took will make it all come flashing back. The feeling of it all will not come back but the memory of it will. Guess I will have to go on another cruise soon to get all that great Disney cruise experience back in my bones.

I have decided to head to DL with my 2 bestest friends after all this weekend. They will take great care of me and what better time to spend at my favorite place with my favorite friends ...lots of laughing with them always

Well I am off to the dentist....I lost a filling and finally feel well enough to get it done. I hate the dentist...well not the dentist but you know what I mean
