Does anybody know what the cancellation policy is? There's a chance we might have to cancel and I'm wondering if we'll have to pay any penalties if we cancel at this late date.

If I'm reading this right...we have 7 days to cancel with no penalty. We're booked in a balcony cabin. Does that sound right?

Depends on when you booked, if you booked before January 19, 2011, then you have to cancel 120 days before.
If you booked on or after January 19, 2011 then you have to cancel at least 90 days before hand.
Did DCL actually make the cancellation policy less restrictive recently?

At least that is how I am reading the charts on WDWinfo, call DCL to be sure.

Looks like we fall into the 120 days since we booked prior to January 2011. I'll call Disney to confirm though.

I am pleased to say all of our excursions are booked. Our date to book was April 12 and we were able to get all of the excursions we wanted.

Palo has lots of openings for dinners some on Sea days but of course most are on port days. But this is for my cruise that was able to be booked 2 days ago. Could not look at Brunch because I have that booked and all the Teas are gone. Hope this helps I cant beleive how many things are still open...nust be due to the prices.

We decided NOT to cancel. Now it's back to deciding which excursions we want to do.

Getting pretty excited about our trip, and now I'm trying to figure out what to do in Vancouver. My son is having a birthday while we are in Vancouver, and he loves to fish. I think I'm going to try to get some type of fishing boat excursion for his big day. Also, we are wanting to do the aquarium, Grouse Mountain and the suspension bridge during some portion of our time in Vancouver. What is everyone else planning for Vancouver? We arrive there on Saturday, so we'll have a few days to explore.

I definitely will! We will be at the Fairmont Pacific Rim. We are not renting a car or anything, so I'm hoping to mainly get tours that will pick up and drop off at our hotel. I think we might need to do a taxi to get the the fishing locations, though. I'll let you know what I come up with!
