It'd be great to meet up with fellow DISers. Do you have a time and place on Sunday in mind? Assuming the schedules (according to the Navigators) don't change too much, 3:00 seems like a good time for us.

Actually, I was thinking at 11:30? That way, if some of us want to continue on to lunch together, that would be great. Can you find a way to make it? 3 is about the worse time that day for us.

What does everyone think? As for the location, I am open to suggestions. Does anyone know where anyone else has met on board? I will take a look around.

Hey everyone! 21 days left. It's been a while since I've posted on here. I'm glad there's a good group of us counting down together. The meet sounds like a good idea but we have Palo brunch sceduled at 10:30 on Sunday.

We still haven't received our docs. We're pretty much all ready to pack though. What are everyone's plans for excursions? The only thing we have planned is the dolphin kids program in Puerto Vallarta.

I made magnets for our door so atleast my cabin will be identified as a DisBoarder!

As for excursions...I only have the land's End Tour scheduled.

Thanks for the directions to the Promenade Lounge. I am looking forward to meeting everyone. We have two excursions reserved, the Paradise Beach Resort in PV and the City Tour and Folkloric Show in Mazatlan. I also scheduled a couple of appointments at the spa. Couldn't get Palo reservations but I am hoping I will be able to get those on board.

I feel like I have become completely obsessed with this board! As our cruise date gets closer it's like I need to come here and take in every bit of guidance and advice I can get. Today I learned about the Door Magnets so that is my next project. My husband is convinced that I have completely lost my mind!

I've been reading a lot of good things about Frank's tours of Mazatlan. I assumed he would already be booked for July 27, but I e-mailed him about his City and Beach Tour and he's available. I am thinking of cancelling our City Tour with DCL as I have read very mixed reviews of this excursion. I am seriously thinking about booking our family of four with Frank instead. He let me know that he needs another family to complete the tour so I thought I would check and see if anyone here is interested in going along with us. The rate is $32 for adults and $20 for children 3-10. He takes you to all of the highlights plus to the Golden Zone for beach and shopping. Let me know if you are interested.

Hi, I'd love to meet everyone. I booked the Paradise Beach and Santa Maria Sail and Snorkel through Disney. We are also trying Randi's Happy Horses in Mazatlan. I can't wait, less than two weeks! Has anyone received docs yet? I'm so excited, according to the Disney website we may have been upgraded! Can't wait to meet everyone.

hereigns- Congrats! What were upgraded to? We are in a cat 6 so I don't think we have a chance of being upgraded but one of the suites would be great!

18 days to go! Has anyone started packing yet? We just put away stuff that we got for the cruise (toiletries, etc.) away but we haven't done the full packing yet.

We're looking into renting a car in Puerto Vallarta for the day. We've been there before and know where we want to go and what to see so renting a cheap car for the day might be best for us. In Mazatlan we're doing the tour with atakaratemom. In Cabo, we might just go on our own and do a beach day. My husband and I both speak Spanish so we're not afraid of venturing out on our own.

We paid for category 9 and the website has us on deck 6 with a balcony! I guess no one has gotten docs yet? I haven't started seriously packing either just little things here and there like waterproof disposable cameras!

Ummm...if the DCL people-in-charge are listening...let me prove to you that a suite will not spoil me! Promise!

Since I have checked our room assignment..I see it hasn't changed but it's okay to dream!

I haven't started packing yet..I have some "stacks" of stuff I bought for the trip put to the side but I have to get my act together or I will be attempting to pack on the 22nd!

No docs yet. We have started gathering stuff but no serious packing. We are doing Paradise Beach at PV - a lot of positive posts. We are having second thoughts on the Chileno Bay excursion at Cabo. From reading other posts, the catamaran sounds great but the snorkeling (not very good) and the water temperature (cold) are an issue.

We don't have our docs yet either but our TA said they will be here this week. We only booked a month ago, so I wasn't really expecting an upgrade. I am just happy we are going. We booked a category 9 because we wanted a window, but I was sort of hoping we'd get upgraded to a balcony. Maybe next time! I haven't started packing, but we did buy a nice new set of luggage. Now I just have to start filling it up!

I'm really looking forward to meeting all of you and Diana I am really excited about our tour with Frank. There is a nice review of his tour from Debogan on the main forum under the thread for Excursions on the Mexican Riviera!
