I'm all packed, and the boys are all packed! The only one left to pack is DH. All laundry is done, including all the towels and linens. Tomorrow, just some last minute straightening up around here, trying to relax, mani/pedi in the afternoon. I cooked my last dinner tonight before the trip...pizza tomorrow night! Now it's just a matter of waiting! Oh, I love this part, so close and already so prepared!!!!!

What's the first attraction you go to as soon as you get to each park?

Decided to let Tyler pick these out:
Magic Kingdom: Splash Mountain
DHS: Rockin Roller Coaster
Animal Kingdom: Falls or Mt. Everest (he said it was a tie)
Epcot: Maelstrom (because he LOVES Norway was his reasoning and Test Track is down).

Getting excited we are almost to single digits!!!!

EMH – Epcot


Midori and I took the Ferry at 5:30 PM to DTD for dinner at Rain Forrest Cafe. Onion Rings, Midori and I had Steaks tonight. We were a little tired the regular offerings of the Disney Parks. Went to the AMC Movie Theater to watch Ice Age. We rode the Ferry back to the Resort to put up the to go boxes and then Midori and I returned to Epcot around 10:30PM. We rode Maelstrom, the boat ride at Mexico, Nemo and then Soarin.


July 18th Animal Kingdom Early Magic Hours - Anjalee I will be wearing a white shirt with American Flags on it and a black back pack with our green Mickey hanging in the back of the back pack. If you see us,please say hi!!

Tour groups are not as challenging as last year so I personally think you'll be ok.

Hey Carrie- I was hoping to hear from you this year. Are you guy going or already been this year? Midori went to Australia this year with People To Peole Ambassabor Program and for financial reasons Kinsley and Lucy was not able to come with us.

I was so looking forward to have 3 girls on this vacation. Midori was upset they backed out 2 weeks before the trip. I think it was the pressure of having to purchase flights when we did and the flights were sold out so quickly. The only flight available for the other 2 girls were at 3:45 AM on the day we left at 6:25 AM. I would have had to come back to the airport to meet them.

July 18th Animal Kingdom Early Magic Hours


Good Morning Everyone, we got to AMK at 7:30 AM and as soon as th gates opened, we went to Expedition Everest. Got 2 fast passes for later and rode the ride twice before the crowds started to gather. Went to Bugs Life, Dino-rama, and rode Dinosaur twice. My back pack flew out during the second ride, reported my loss and will check with Lost and Found at the transportation center tomorrow. Forgot how rough the ride was so my fault for not securing the back pack. I told Guest relations that the dinosaurs ate my back pack, they all laughed.


Picked up Picnic in the park lunch from Midori and I at Beastly Bazaar. They do not offer the neat little green bag with Animal Kingdom Picnic in the Park bags any longer, but the lunch is superb. Returned to the resort at 12:00 noon and stating laundry. Tonight – Ohana's for dinner at 8:15 PM. We were lucky to get 8:15 PM reservations and canceled our 9:30 PM slot.

We are rope drop people! The kids are only 5 and 7 so they still go to bed pretty early. The morning EMH works great for us...we have yet to take advantage of evening EMH but I'm sure that will change once they are older!

Midori and I looked for you guy's also. I wore a white casual short sleeve shirt with American Flags all over it. We will be on the Monorail to go to Ohanas at 7:30 PM.

Midori and I were listening to Lemonade Mouth (Break Through) at times and dancing in the walkways Maybe you saw Crazy Father and Daughter dancing.

I'm all ready...got a Mickey mani/pedi (Mickey ears on the ring fingers and big toes...gel manicure too so it will last the whole trip!), all packed! DH still has to pack though!

So this will probably be my last post before we get home on August 5th. I don't go onto the DIS, Facebook or anything else like that while on vacation. Wishing safe travels to everyone who is already there and who has their trip coming up...have a magical time!

Hello insanity! This week has went insane! We have not stopped to breath. The girls and I went for pedi/manis today. I fell asleep during mine. We leave Friday night and while I am packed, I feel like I still have a bazillion things to do!

You are very correct! We should be done with everything tonight but washing the car. I will do that on Friday. I think part of the stress is due to the work situation. It changes daily. He still has a job but was transferred (and has to move 3 1/2 hours away the day we get back) and now has to work tomorrow and Friday. We had planned to leave tomorrow.... Now we are leaving Friday night sometime. Still not sure where we will even stay Sat night. I am OCD and a planner, needless to say all the pre trip plans are shot.

I just need to slow down and breath..... In... Out...
