Welcome!

I think it will just be Dh and me for Memorial Day. That is how it usually is. My parents go away and my brothers are busy.

The two of us will probably have a cookout, but then I believe we are going to see Pirates 4! Movies on summer holidays are really cool because the theater is normally empty.

I really liked Pirates 4 - I hope you enjoy it!

We will be at Disney July 9-16 and are staying at Bonnet Creek.
It will be me, DH, our 3 kids, my older sister, and my 11 year old niece (my younger sister's DD). This will be my niece's first trip. She's had a rough year so we asked my sister if we could take her and she said yes!!

We are only doing one ADR and that is at Chef Mickey's on July 11th @ 10:50am

One dd is down with a bad head cold so I duno if were leaving the house this weekend for a cook out or anything in general..even getting my Sunday paper. At least they are getting sick now though and not right before we leave.

I am in the process of looking for or making matching shirts for our trip. I don't want to spend a lot but so far I am having a little trouble. I went the the Disney Store at the mall hoping to find something and they don't have any sales right now. Ugh. I am also looking for swimsuits for the kids. Lots to do and time is going by quickly!

I do not think you are the only one. We only have a lot this year because we have the dining plan. I agree, I hate to schedule around restaurants too - and we usually do not. Not sure how I will like this, but I did schedule a few double credit restaurants, which gives us more "days off" from planned meals.

I also changed my Princess breakfast on that day from 10:45 to 9:15 because I got worried we wouldn't have enough time for breakfast before they started changing over to lunch. I'm definitely not interested in lunch.

I can't guarantee I can make the meet but I will try to stop by if I can.

I'm under 50 days!!! I can't believe it and I'm laughing because my legs are so sore from working the past couple of days (not sure why as I haven't worked that many more hours than normal) and all I can think about is "what AM I going to do when I"m at Disney?".....although started Wed. I'm taking a Zumba class along with my daughter....I'm either going to not survive or I'll be in better shape for Disney.

So I ended up taking DD to the clinic today and it turns out she has a sinus infection and strep throat She so wants to go outside and enjoy the nice weather we are having but I dont want her getting anyone else sick.

I have a few more GC's to buy but I'm going to go to Sam's club to get them (100 dollar gift card for about 98 dollars with a $10.00 disney store GC) and I've got a 50% off coupon for some fabric I need to buy

I just realized, today is my 45 day mark! There was an email from my TA in my inbox asking if we had any changes we wanted to make...the only one I can think of is an ADR but the kid's insist they want to keep Chef Mickey's for breakfast so here's hoping that it goes well and we like it.

I've been thinking about the trip I might be taking next fall and thinking about another family trip but including my Mom on it. I figure she took us on enough trips when we were growing up it's time for DH and I to return the favor. Also DH is going to be putting in paperwork to become a Warrant Officer when he get's back so we are going to get a HUGE pay increase which will help pay for that and pay off bills (*sigh* DVC you are so coming into my grasp!). The only thing to decide on is the time of year and where to stay. I'm tossing up between CL WL or VWL or maybe YCV (closer to Epcot) Disney planning makes me so happy!

The 45 day mark is really exciting! That is really nice that you want to take your mom. Good luck to your husband on Warrant Officer - my dad was a CW4 and my brother a W-3. I absolutely love WL but I also love being closer to Epcot so I think any of your choices are good ones.
