While we were in the parks from early until late, we never saw any Dream Team members. On Tuesday evening, I saw a guest at AKL with a Dream Fast Pass around his neck. On Saturday the 21st, a POR guest exiting the MGM bus as we boarded at the resort gave my 15 yo ds his Dream Fast Pass lanyard for MGM. We saw a couple of families wearing these during our visit. In the MK later that evening, we saw 3 people together in a group wearing the give-away ears. I really thought we'd see more during our 10-day stay.

Worth noting: CM who issued our active APs at Epcot noted it was dh's birthday as he entered this info in the computer. He gave dh a button despite dh not asking for it. (In fact, dh was not too excited about wearing it...at first.) After that, all CMs noted the button and wished dh a "happy birthday."

Also, several CMs went out of their way to engage our children in conversation. At MGM's Animation, a wonderfully outgoing CM gave my dd a handful of goodies, including a coloring page, Mickey postcard, and sheet of tattoos. At MK, a lovely CM spent a considerable amount of time talking to my younger ds about the Pirate DS Treasure Hunt. She gave ds a Pirates button and dd a Princess button. She also took us into City Hall to look up an e-mail she had recently received about the treasure hunt.

I'm sorry you didn't see the dream squad. I assure you they were around, because I won a dream magic hour in EPCOT on July 14th.

We were there from July 18th through July 26th. We went to parks every day but only saw the Dream Squad Members once. I too was beginning to question their existence.

It seems as though most people win their prizes first thing in the morning...maybe the Dream Squad only works for a short time per day and then they do whatever their normal jobs are.

Well in the official rules it says prizes are given from open until 5 pm, so technically yes you'll never see them giving prizes in the evening. And it also states that Fastpasses are generally given the earliest.

We were there 7/13-7/29 and we saw them everywhere. On a few days, we didn't see them as much but we saw them at least a few times per day.
