Just seems to be a subjective ruling. Meaning it's going to have to be more strictly defined as it goes through the court system.
If you want to get right down to it, this is a referendum on title 9...not about whether something is a sport.

Why are they eliminating the Volleyball? I think it stinks to try to get around the rules, but I do think that cheer leading can be strenuous.
