I dunno. There is such a difference to me between, "Kids, let's make a chocolate cake!" and the day to day chore of putting dinner on the table. If you had someone to make the rest of the meal, you could, for example, concentrate on making the perfect homemade bread.
but when your kids are older, in college ... when they come home for a visit and ask you to fix their favorite meal? It really wouldn't be your cooking, it would be someone else's that they're asking for. I still love to go home and have my mom's cooking - and I'm 40!
my kids love to help me fix supper every single day... and they aren't little, either.
now if I could get someone to come in and dust, so I could cook? Or clean up after I've cooked? NOW you're talking ...
