I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but do you pay child support if you don't have an income? I thought it was based on income of the person paying it, not on the the lifestyle of the primary care giver (who in this case in the higher wage earner).
I though Jon already put back the money he took out, so did he have to pay twice?
I would assume that you pay child support based on the number of your children. Why should it have anything to do with whether or not you have an income?
IMO you have children, you help raise them, pay for their needs. And if you can't pay for anything for your children then you are a deadbeat dad/mom.
