I stayed there last spring with my mom, my 14 year old daughter and her best friend. I was reluctant because I prefer to stay onsite, or at the Marriott Theme Park Entrance. The Westin definitely felt outside the bubble more than I’m used to. However, it really was a beautiful hotel. We also had the park view and looked right out at the incredicoaster. While I know plenty of people do the walk just fine, we opted to uber to and from. I would definitely stay there again, with that in mind. The pool area was small, but beautiful, and an amazing jacuzzi. Food by the pool was good. We didn’t end up eating in any of the restaurants there, although we didn’t enjoy the convenience of the gift and coffee shop. Upon check in, they offered some kind of dessert on the rooftop for fireworks for a discounted rate. I was sorely disappointed in that! So I won’t suggest that to you! I would’ve had just as good of fireworks viewing from my room and they had one small pudding dessert option and popcorn that ran out before I made it to the front of the line.
