I seriously can’t express how FREAKIN excited I am to have finally found a discussion board on Disney—but also has some kate fans!! Every board I have been on has shot me down ,they were kate haters!!





..soo there is like WAY to many posts for me to read. But I read some and I can see this thread was started like way back when they had there divorce-am I correct?

Well I don’t think to highly of Jon gosselin. I am soo proud of how far Kate has come on her own since the split and I am sooo glad that there is a new show!!

Yes, I think they look like they have always looked. I never gave it a thought until I read it here, so I really looked today.

High Chairs? You mean baby highchairs? Or do you mean bar stool type chairs? I've never seen them in Highchairs in this house. The old house they were in the type of chairs that bring them up higher and closer to the table. Is that what you mean?

It would bother you if kids were tired and needed naps? I can't remember..were they preemies? If so, that might explain naps. But either way, that would not bother me. I loved kids taking naps myself. Maybe it's rest time, time to wind down for them and mom. Do you know that they go to sleep? They have rest time at a children's camp here in the Adirondacks..a Methodist camp, and kids don't even start that camp until second grade.

Do you think the kids look normal and like themselves on that cover? They look odd to me. some odder than others.

So, tell me about the high chairs.....I've read they're still in them in some preview. And still taking/needing naps? At 6, really? Perhaps some kids, but it's a stretch for all 6 six y/o's to need a daily nap. I no longer watch TLC, so I am spared the commercials!

EWWW! You are actually proud of Kate selling her children to pay for her lavish lifestyle. She is the biggest phony on tv next to Heidi. But then that's my two cents.

I'm still trying to figure out why someone thinks the kids smiles were photoshopped on their faces as I stared at the cover of People in the store today (along with the gal waiting on me LOL). I'm in the business, (desktop publishing) and I can't see it.

If she's been botoxed, they sure missed the lines in her forhead LOL. I wonder why she says she hasn't been lifted..if she has why not just admit it. Although if she has, how would the people here or on the blogs have missed it.

You can't be serious? Hannah's mouth looks painted on. She is virtually unrecognizable. The girl tups mouths don't even match their faces. Cara's face looks completely disproportional. I love her!! I think she is a great mom!! I think she does what she can to keep her side of the family surviving! LOL, im sorry that DWTS was not her thing, but it’s cool at least she has a new show-I am REALLY excited to see it!! I cannot wait, I just hope the media can just keep there pie holes shut for once about her. They make her in to such a monster!!!!! She really isn’t has bad as she seems..

Some of us like her & some of them hate her. The thread has been going on for a long time. This is about the 6th or so ....you have to start a new thread when the post count gets too high.

5am is early. My grand has a 45 minute school bus ride and he still doesn't have to get up until 5:45. I wonder why they have to get going so early. In any case, I don't see any big deal about naps. If they need to have down time or an hour of sleep, let them. I'm sure if they were taping and someone heard they didn't get naps, people would then say, poor kids, they don't get their naps.

You know, I had a thought regarding the sextuplets meltdowns. I wonder if they have slight developmental issues. Being preemies, that might actually be true. Think of Cara & Mady, they always seemed so much more advanced at that age, didn't they? And here we have the sextuplets throwing tantrums and taking naps at 6 years old? I just wonder if that's what we're seeing.

I believe it's restaurant high chairs, like they had at the old house. you have to climb in those, unless someone cut the bar off. Well, since we don't know if they were in them, I'll wait for someone who saw it to say so.

They have an hour bus ride to school and leave at 6 am I believe.
I do have a point with harping on the apparent baby-ization (yeah, it could be a word ) of the the kids. We can get into that later if it shows up in the new show.

There's just something about the skin in and around her cheeks/eyes that suggests to me that she gets a little boost every now and then.

I've said over and that I can't figure out when she would have had a **** job. And as someone who followed the timeline pretty closely for a while, I still stand by that comment. But at the same time, there's a difference in her overall physique. Her clothes fit differently. Maybe it's a better fitting bra that's giving her the lift, who knows?

They could have combined the phtoo's. They did for the Good HOusekeeping shoot. I thought someone said the smiles were added. The only one I thought looked a little off, was whoever was upper right. I thought the rest looked just like always. I wonder if they did get a quick cover out and then do a redo, because we were looking at it pretty close today.

Not the GH shoot..the last pictures of her just posted on this thread, and when she was on DWTS. Those forehead lines are always there.

I thought she had a lift, then I saw her in regular clothes and thought she was now getting fit at a professional place. I think it's a better bra. Just like the doc ordered. And she says she did not get a lift. What would be the point of not just admiting it, like the tummy tuck and hair replacement? She also works out and that could be a help. Either way, I don't care, I just can't figure how when..it's not an easy fix, takes some recuperating. I actually had a minor surgery today at a plastic surgeon (just a foot thing, I asked for a tummy tuck but they said they couldn't do that with novacaine LOL) and the gal behind the desk was saying how much she loved her job because she has gotten some free work. I tried not to stare, because the botox and the lips, sure shouted 'not natural. If it ever passed my mind to get a little botox, looking at her sure changed my mind. She thinks she looks great, so if it makes her feel good, it's all ok, just not for me.

Did she look like the joker? Or Buzz Aldrin's wife from DWTS? Now that's some bad botox/lifts! So the receptionist scared you straight Doris? That is funny!

I don't think Kate looks like she's had botox but I agree, I don't really care either. I have said it before, she looks pretty darn fabulous for carrying all those babies at once. Her tummy looked like a bowl of bread dough before the tuck and if that were me, I'd have had it done too. It was all excess skin. But yes, she is dressing better than she used to which doesn't bug me either. She's always been an attractive woman but I will say that hair extensions probably weren't a good idea. She'd look better without them I think. A little OT but I noticed how much she looks like Joel. I never really saw that before.

Anyhow, hope your foot surgery went well Doris.

I don't know if they are still using those or not. I thought you meant baby highchairs. If it's just seats that make them higher (like booster chairs) I don't get the problem. I don't think they would fit in them if they had the bars on them.
If those kids are getting up at 5 am to leave for school at 6 am, threee days a week, all the more reasons for naps IMO.

One hopes that TLC is abiding by Florida's child labor law, and that the parents have got the right permits and licences and are not permitting filming for more than 6 hours a day. The workplace issue might be a little tricky as their home is their workplace. Here is Florida's legislation specific to minors working in entertainment, FYI.

My daughter napped until 1st grade. She did 1/2 day K and napped every single day PLUS went to bed at 8.

Once in 1st grade, she'd nap on the weekends at least one day.

While on vacation at WDW (we'd go once a yr. anyway) she napped daily until she was probably 9. We'd nap too. Then, she'd just swim/relax in the afternoons.

I don't see naps as a big deal.
