In this case, with this family, they are on WE..is that owned by TLC? I have no idea.
I have to hand it to you Walden, you are consistant, it's not just the G kids. If the kids (any kids) are going to be on TV, I'd like to see some rules in place, and enforced if they have them. I'd actually like to see them have their own representative, like they do in family court often in NYS. While I personally am not against them being on, I would like their day to be dictated by someone with nothing to gain.

One hopes that TLC is abiding by Florida's child labor law, and that the parents have got the right permits and licences and are not permitting filming for more than 6 hours a day. The workplace issue might be a little tricky as their home is their workplace. Here is Florida's legislation specific to minors working in entertainment, FYI.
