Someone is paying these papparazzi to hang out there. They know where and when to be at the right time.
The whole school bus issue could be solved if they just drove the girls to school. I know they are entitled to ride the bus, but it would be so much easier on the girls. My friend drives her daughter to school due to a bully on her bus. The school would not let the cameras on there property and this could all be avoided.
Kate ignores the paps at the bus stop, but she was smiling and waving to them when she was in NY for her appearances!! So....Limelight or fade away???
This is sad coming from a rag mag:
I've been getting a lot of emails from readers lately asking when the non-stop coverage of Jon and Kate Gosselin will come to an end.
I'll be honestI don't have an answer for ya...
You see, stories about the train wreck reality stars do really well around here, and over at the entertainment news shows and celebrity rags. I promise you if they didn't, we wouldn't be covering them.
I know what you're thinking: the media created them. I agreesomewhat. Sure we all had a hand in making them bigger than they probably had to be, but that's in the past now.
You want the Gosselin hysteria to go away? You know what you have to do. Just stop paying attention to the stories about them, and I promise you the Gosselins will go away.

I can't get past watches for 9 year olds?? Really?? I hate wearing my wedding ring anywhere because I know how much we paid for that and I would hate to loose it and have to replace it. A 9 year old is bound to misplace a watch. (I'm sure they have whatever they want so it makes the gift shopping hard but a watch for a kid???)
If Jon bought an ATV for Kara, he and the dealership - salesperson broke the law. The law went into effect January 1, 2009. Nationwide. This isn't just an individual state law.
You cannot buy an ATV for anyone under the age of 16. Why? Because there is lead in the spark plug. I'm not kidding. No dealership can sell an ATV to anyone stated that it is for their child to ride. Plus Kara is suppose to be 12 years old, to ride legally also. Kara is suppose to take an ATV safety class at the age of 12.
Of course they can ride the ATV on their land, but if she would have an accident, no insurance would cover her. I'm hoping this isn't true.
Many families are buying "used" ATV's from individuals now in Moto-cross. Dealerships will not sell them, they don't want the liability either.
I think that for the sake of the children, they should stop riding the bus and be brought to and picked up from school every day. This way, they wouldn't have cameras shoved in their faces and have to worry about what they say or don't say.
Exactly, I was disgusted with Radar this morning because they had a story up about what a bad day Jon had yesterdaWHAT? Excuse Me? That in no way shape or form happened. I am done with them.
I definitely think the girls would love Swatch watches. They are just so cool. I have 4 of them. Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter...I change them up. Just absolutely love Swatch. They make a nice watch. Little girls LOVE wearing jewelry/watches/bracelets on their wrists. Everyone notices wrist jewelry. Swatch makes a wonderful young girls line of watches. In NYC they have two fab Swatch watch stores and the girls may have seen the stores and asked Jon for watches for their pending bdays!!! I would not compare a young girls Swatch watch to you losing your wedding ring....big difference.
Well I am glad you posted this Mari, because I think they are very dangerous.
ITA, why don't J&K get those girls a car service that picks them up at the DOOR of their house and brings them back, right to the DOOR!!![]()
I can see Kate or Jon driving them for a couple weeks, due to the frenzy, but a car service? I don't know about that. I don't think Cara and Mady would like that at all and for the sextuplets, they would need what, 2 or 3 cars? I can just see them pulling into the school. Cara and Mady probably want to ride the bus with their friends, it would be a shame if they couldn't do that. Another thing that makes them different.
A very interesting article by Rabbi Schmuley. Yes, he used to be on TLC himself, but he doesn't pull any punches in his criticism of them, Jon or Kate:
http://blog.beliefnet.com/rabbishmuleyunleashed/2009/10/children-who-grow-up-on-stage.html
In it he agrees with most of us, that the kids should be off TV at least for the time being. He also discloses that he counseled Jon to get them off TV.
Finally, a link we won't mind clicking on today.![]()

I'm just curious, how do any of us really know what has been going on? Unless we're Jon, Kate or one of the children, what we know is based on what we read or hear in the media. None of which is 100% accurate.
He's not interested in their welfare and thus not capable of saying "pull the plug". For he will be lurking around for the next camera to plug in to display more of his children's misery.
Motive is very important to know if a person is making a good choice. The choice isn't good if it is being replaced with something else just as unhealthy if not more uhealthy.
<snip>
Jon's got plans allright. They don't include TLC, but I'd wager that the include television.
Jon and Kate are both guilty of this ... at least Kate has been honest by saying she wants a career in TV. Jon claims to want out of it, but continues to put himself out there![]()
Unfortunately, neither of them have a career without the children, IMO. Which means that the children will continue to be the supporting cast to this sad, sad story.
Hey, Lora! .. did you have a good trip?
