Just saw on Inside Edition that a white van was seen coming out of the Gosselin's house this morning. It's supposed to be TLC camera equipment from the house.

Jon's motives are very important.

Someone doing something to look good--or to do what is right. I happen to think it is the former and not the latter.

Kate of course hasn't wanted to pull her kids--but Jon is far from virtuous in his decision.

absolutely... I agree completely with your comments about Jon.

My belief has always been that Kate has listened to her "people" (whether they're friends, family, PR, or who ever) and taken their advice. For the most part, I think she's done a decent job of maintaining a positive public image. At the very least, she's managed to appear sane, which can't really be said for Jon

Jon, on the other hand, has obviously done a crappy job of handling his public image. He's at the point now where he's got to appear as though he's a caring and decent father ... but he's falling short. His new team of people may be playing hard ball, but in the end, Jon is still making stupid decisions.

At this point, I really think that people are ready for Jon and Kate to behave like responsible parents and put a stop to this madness for the sake of the children. I cannot imagine what their lives must be like right now. They never asked to be brought into this mess.

I did! We saw her at Casey's Corner at lunch time! We also stayed for the Buzz Aldrin parade

Kate Gosselin wants Jon to pay up -- in the form of child and temporary spousal support.



Kate filed the legal documents in Montgomery County Court in Pennsylvania last week -- around the same time she filed an emergency petition asking a judge to force Jon to return $230,000 she claims he raided from their joint [COLOR=#29A256 ! important][COLOR=#29A256 ! important]bank [COLOR=#29A256 ! important]account[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR].

Sources tell TMZ Kate has not asked for a specific amount of child or spousal support.

Kate's lawyer says Jon and Kate are scheduled to meet with a court-appointed arbitrator on Tuesday.

Earlier this week, Kate claimed she couldn't afford to pay the family's bills.

Kate Gosselin has filed paperwork asking for child support and temporary spousal support in the wake of Jon Gosselin taking nearly $230,000 from their bank account, says Mark Momjian, one of her divorce attorneys.

"She needs relief in light of the draining of substantial marital assets in violation of the arbitrator's decision that the money should be used only for specific purposes," says Momjian, who adds that the economic issues between the Gosselins are being hammered out by a court-appointed arbitrator by agreement on both sides. An arbitrator's conference is scheduled for Tuesday, he says.

Kate's application for child support and temporary support was filed last week around the same time as an emergency petition asking a Montgomery County judge to order Jon to return the money, Momjian says. A hearing on that issue was scheduled for Wednesday but was canceled because the judge's wife died. No new court date has been set.

Mark Heller, Jon's divorce attorney, did not have an immediate comment on Kate's request, but Thursday said he still hopes the two sides can work out the monetary issues without having to involve a judge any further.

"We are hoping in the next few days we can all do some bookkeeping," he says. "I'm pretty sure this can come to a cordial resolution."

I think you're right about this -- if one or both of them came out and said "you won't be seeing me anymore, I'm going to live a private life, etc, etc" everyone would just say

I would, but I live in Canada. I was wondering if there was some way we could get to him on Twitter. Or maybe through his PR people.

They should be paying us for this story -- then we could afford to send one of us to knock some sense into Jon. IMO, we can't get to Kate -- she has her own people that she listens to. Jon, on the other hand, seems a little desperate to be seen to be doing the right thing right now

I thought that was interesting that everything was filed at the same time. It could have been in response to Jon shutting the show down. That was her job.

Most likely since that was her primary source of income.

Based on all the shows that Jon has been on recently and the fact that ET and The Insider seem to have a direct line into his life, I would say he is making more $$ for now.
