But wasn't the show Jon's source of income as well. Do we know how much those tabloid shows pay for interviews? I think if you look over the course of the marriage, Kate would be the spouse that made more money and has more earning potential. I think they look at the big picture rather than who is making more money this week.

As the Gosselins continue to duke it out over $230,000 that Kate says Jon stole, an arbitrator's conference is scheduled for Tuesday. It was revealed on Friday that Kate has filed for child support and temporary spousal support in addition to asking the judge to order Jon to return the money.

Talk about money hungry -- and stupid! IMO, all of the people who really know anything about hacking are right now. If Jon could hack into a bank's database, he wouldn't be doing Vegas for $15,000 for a weekend's work.

Yes, that would make sense. But because of the banking issue, it wouldn't work -- it would take more time to get temporary child support approved than for the arbitrator to make arrangements to get the money back into the account (assuming he actually took $230,000 as Kate claims)

And aren't they scheduled to go into divorce court soon -- anybody know when that is scheduled for now?

Oh, I must have missed that part. Aren't his funds cut off as well? I can see her asking for support since her job is the show, but I don't know where he would get the money to support her as well as the kids.

I think it is Jan 2010 that would be 90 days.

I agree! Didn't Kate write the books, do the tours, make the appearances??

Well if Kate is not working, then how did she appear on Jay Leno for the skit? Obviously she was paid for her part.

I'm glad Jon shut down the show. Those kids deserve some peace. They can't go anywhere without papparazzi following them. Then you have the crazy fans standing at the fence trying to talk to Jon??

you can actually thank jon for all of the paparazzi circus thanks to his partying with college kids and getting caught with 23yo's when he should be home with the kids. That is what started the whole frenzy.

Well, I'm glad he shut down the show too. But those things you mentioned would be inexcusable with or without the kids doing the show.

I am glad he shut the show down BUT he needs to STEP AWAY FROM THE MEDIA and he is having trouble doing that...whether or not it is TLC, or ET or LKL or NG...he just needs to QUIT IT ALTOGETHER. PERIOD.

Jon Gosselin's Lawyer -- S.O.L.

TMZ has learned Jon Gosselin's lawyer may be aced out of the Jon and Kate case because the person who vouched for him in Pennsylvania has withdrawn his support.

We've learned Pennsylvania lawyer Michael Marino sponsored Mark Heller -- Jon's lawyer -- to practice one time only in Pennsylvania court. Heller is licensed to practice in New York, though he had been suspended for 5 years for a variety of misdeeds.

Under Penn an out of state lawyer seeking to practice in a Pennsylvania court must obtain a sponsor who is licensed to practice in the state. Marino signed up as his sponsor, but yesterday, he wrote the court a letter in which he said, "My motion ... is hereby withdrawn."

It's interesting Marino sent the letter after revelations of Heller's legal misdeeds in NY.
