I agree with you there, but IMO Jon assumed (like we did) that the dogs would be able to stay at the house with the kids. But I also think he could easily make some changes to be able to take care of the dogs now that Kate doesn't want them at the house on her custody days.
I also agree they shouldn't have gotten the dogs in the first place. But they did, and now they are pets that IMO belong to the kids. So I think Jon needs to find a way to keep them for his children, because apparently it matters to him that they had to be sent back to the breeder. Another "stop whining and do something about it" thing.

Didn't see it - was it on the show?
She did not say she went to the farmer's market twice a day - she said that they used to live really close by and they could stop in once or twice a day all summer - the farmer seemed like he knew her well (although Amish so not from TV!) and I would think she was truthful about that based on his interaction with her.
Cara seemed to be more whiney than upset about her foot - and they said she had injured it 2 weeks before.
