But only because her friend leaked last week that Kate always stayed within 10 miles of the kids in case there was an emergency. Hmmm. Her work schedule this week doesn't seem in line with that.

Actually, Kate's "friend" said she tries to stay within 10 miles of the kids, not that she always does. Big difference.

WOW...so what do you think is true. She claims he is smoking pot when he is with the kids. He slept with her everywhere in the house...OMG.

She also said Jon has dirt on Kate & I think it is true. I think Jon & Kate both did wild things before they had the kids. I think Kate does not want the kids to know.

I think parts of Stephanie's story is true. I think Jon smokes more than cigarettes and that was photographed months ago, although some think it was a rolled cigarette instead of a joint. I also think Jon told her that he has dirt on Kate. I do not think any of the children ever told her it was okay to marry Daddy.

True or not, when is Jon going to stop spending time with the kind of people that are going to tell all? He just asks for these kinds of stories and needs to find some "friends" that have more class.

Oh and she said there was no offer to pose in Playboy either. There was that rumor roaming around too.

Showing up at the gate when it wasn't her custody day, they should have put her in jail. Then she could have made herself the victim once again.

I am confused by your post. You are saying she should be home with the kids but she should go to jail if she tries to go home with the kids. What do you mean?



If that house is in her name she could go back in. My friend was told by the State Police in Pa that she could not change the locks on her door without giving her husband a key( he moved out). This was 5 years ago.

The only way they could do anything to her is if there is a court order & I do not there is yet.

So the High Road Taker talked about Jon and his questionable babysitter on the View? My opinion on that (other than she trashes Jon every chance she can get) is that issue, if it was important to her, should have been addressed formally by a lawyer. Did she say anything about that?

The Seinfeld episode I watched last night was the one where Kathy Griffin slams Jerry in her act "Jerry Seinfeld is the devil". Very funny, but I knew it wouldn't happen......at least not yet!

RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Mel B and Christie Brinkley are scheduled to be the first guests for the show that tapes this weekend.

The working title of the show is Mom Logic, after the Web site of the same name. Kate’s co-host is Paula Deene, the Southern cooking expert. Rene Syler and Lee Woodruff have also joined the show.

Sandra Bernhard and Tammy Lynn Michaels had been under consideration to join the show, but execs rejected them, a source told RadarOnline.com. The pilot will tape Sunday in Manhattan.

Kate’s new show will feature a mix of advice, health and beauty tips plus celebrity gossip.

And her first guests sure should make it interesting, as they share a common bond with Kate in that they’ve all been through painful public breakups with men.

Mel B endured a headline-making split from Eddie Murphy, who questioned his paternity of their child. A DNA test later proved he is the father, but not before he went on national TV and dissed her badly.

We’re sure Kate will empathize with that, especially after Jon’s recent appearances, telling the world he “despises” her.

Actually, Kate's "friend" said she tries to stay within 10 miles of the kids, not that she always does. Big difference.

And I have nothing against working Moms or her being away for a week, if she truly believes the kids are safe with Jon. It is just that Kate (and her leaking friends) need to be a little more consistent. In the show I saw last Monday Kate said (paraphrase): "I live here most of the time, Jon is here part of the time." And then later in the same show: "I'm here only half the time and it is so sad." So, which is it, Kate? Some, half or most?

And when I think of that specific show -- if she needs to pack that much stuff for a part time absence (I've gone away for two weeks with only two bags) couldn't she load half of it into the car while the kids are asleep rather than milk the loading of the car with multiple bags right in front of them?

For Pete's sake, why the drama?

I was at work today and someone turned on the "View". Kate certainly did not click with Rachel Zoe. She just kept staring at her and wasn't talking. I liked the way Whoopi kept quesitoning her about showing up on Jon's visitation date. She wouldn't let it go. Kate looked uncomfortable. I don't know if this was taped pre or post dog incident, but I'm sure she would of taken a beating had they known the latest.
I'm a little confused as I thought she was taking the high road and not talking about Jon, but I heard her mention him several times in a negative way.
She needs a lot of help if she wants to do a talk show. IMO, she didn't add anything to the show. I know she wants to be the best mother she can, but she certainly isn't going to accomplish that with all the bookings and book signings planned.
So Kate are you concerned about Jon being with the kids with the babysitter, or are you only concerned about it when your within 10 miles of the house? Which is it, because you say one thing and do another. She sure didn't look like a Mom who didn't see her kids all week.

How should a mom that has been gone all week look? I just ask because if she had looked sad and behaved as though she missed the kids, then people would have said she was only trying to gain sympathy.
