Actually I know for a fact that the Cafemom board is NOT friends with GWoP as the owner was caught plagerizing all of GWoPs material as well as Julies.
And the Babycenter board is a FAN board. Try again Madge.

I never said they were friends. I said they go hand in hand... it's similar anti-Gosselin information.

There are anti-JK8 groups/forums on Babycenter and Cafemom. Each has several hundred members.

Actually Kate gave them gum all the time. BUT they had create an episode to make Jodi look bad so they could do away with her. Kate ws very very jealous of Jodi and that was the real reason Kate got rid of Jodi.

and you know this .... how? because GWOP said so? or because you saw Kate give them the gum?

I am NOT a fan of Kate, not even a little bit .. but don't come here saying things as fact if you can't back it up.

No, Kate doesn't "Mend Fences".

After Julies Blog was featured on CNN, it created a lot of issues for her in her community. So she had it taken down.

It sounds as though you must be closer to the Gosselins (be it relationship or proximity) than most of us who read this blog. Can you tell us what happened with Beth and Bob? Recently there's been speculation on this thread that they are indeed still friends.
I'm also wondering if Kate and Jon really have no contact with extended family or does it just appear that way on the show. Do you know?
Lastly, since summer the same question has been posed...if all these negative accusations are untrue, where are the people who care about the Gosselins, and why aren't they coming out with the "truth?"

I noticed in the last episode that there seems to be a new younger assistant/nanny helping while Kate was there. It seems theres a new teen there every episode. I wish one of these girls would become a diser and give us some insight. Also wasn't it nice for their "painter" to be one hand and help the kids paint the walls and even help clean up the kids. I've never met a painter like that. Plus I thought it was odd that the molding was painted the day before the walls. Maybe I'm backward, but I do the walls first. But then I don't have any help.

The rumor's are that they offered Jodi a contract for the new Season but Kate refussed to allow her to be paid.

Not sure about Beth & Bob but I think it may have something to do with Jon going to work for Bob and well then all of a sudden no longer working at all...not sure...

anyone else think Jon put on a few pounds? During the interview his arms were crossed very awkwardly and some spare tire was evident. With 8 kids, 2 puppies, and moving to a new house - it's no wonder he hasn't gone grey yet either!

I also watched the Whirlpool commercial today (dvr) and was amazed at "Bob" or whoever the "handyman" is. It seemed like all of the appliances were installed by other people and he was just there to supervise and talk to the kids. Did you see him react when Kate yelled at the kids about wearing shoes in the house and he had shoes on....poor guy! I also heard Kate say that she got her "new fridge" and that's why they had to get all stainless steel because she "liked the look". I also had to laugh about the "popcorn" button on the microwave...I guess I thought everyone had one of those little buttons...

I also have my DVR set to see Kate tell the kids they're getting puppies...I hope they stick around, despite what others have said here.

I guess the whole thing still baffles me and I just can't wrap my mind around it. If they're still in touch with family/friends, TLC/tv show and J&K must have some darn good attorneys and documents that everyone signs to not speak a word about anything. Even celebrity's (sp?) nannies/workers speak out once they're done working with them. I'm so suprised we haven't seen this with the previous friends, volunteers, swimming teachers, people at the places they've visited, ect. They come into contact with so many people I guess it amazes me that they can keep all of those people quiet. I wonder what they sign in order to come in contact with J&K...just a thought.

Well, there was an article in a paper from the swimming teachers from the Outer Banks. They were around the family for 2 weeks with and without the camera present and they had positive things to say.

There was a poster on here a long time ago whose daughter had worked on Mady or Cara at Bippity Boppity in the summer of '07 (I think). She said it was bad, bad, bad and "didn't make the cut for show footage." She attributed the negative experience to Kate's behavior, NOT the girls and said she couldn't say much for fear her daughter would lose her job!?
Someone else on this thread said they had encountered them at a park/playground and had a less than positive experience. I think the hired people (babysitters, etc.) which seem to be the only people they are around much must be signing confidentiality agreements. Where are family members? College friends? Former colleagues? Church members? If these people came out with a story would they be believed if it was negative? What about positive? I don't know that they would ever be seen as credible by "both" sides. What a terrible spot to be in. Guess we'll have to wait for one of the kids' tell alls! Can't really deny someone who lived it! Well actually Joan Crawford's daughter was accused of fabricating Mommie Dearest...you really can't win.

There was also a poster who said she saw Mady and Cara with someone they called "Nana" or something like that a few months ago. They said there were no cameras and that the girls were very well behaved.

Heh heh I caught the Soup last night with the clip where Kate berates Jon for talking 'over above' her. It was introduced as near as I can remember as "the guy with absolutely zero reasons to live.." When they showed it Jon just hung his head defeated. I didn't see the episode where this happened but I wondering if they slowed down the scene or if it really looked like that. I mean did he just look down for the rest of the interview? Jon's head dropped and it stayed that way while Kate went on about it. It really looked bad! How can you see yourself on TV like that and think it is ok?!

I don't usually catch the Soup but it was pretty entertaining. Especially when he said, Remember Jon, Octomom is available"

I just saw the "Soup" a few minutes ago. Gave me a chuckle. Did you notice that Jon's hair transplant has worked wonders. He now has a really full head of hair. Wish I could get that for dh. Guess all I need is to pop out 6 more kids and become a ______. (I'll let you fill in your own blank.)

I do remember both of those posts .. and the 2nd one you mention got raked over the coals pretty good ... but I believe her story panned out? I wasn't on this thread when the BBB mom posted, but I do remember reading it later on.
