Thnks for the link angela:goodvibes I notice you guys are starting to pull together quite a crowd for the 13th

That place looks amazing! count me in please!!:woohoo:

non-smoking too - a big winner for me.

Can I request some Aussi rock classics?? Do ya think they'd know them?:rolleyes1

Do you think they'll know any Broadway Showtunes for Adrian :lovestruc and I? Just Kidding! ;):rotfl:

Prior to becoming a PA-C, I was a Nurse for 15 years 8 as Senior Charge Nurse in a PICU Unit, and 2 a Assistant Director Of Nursing, I would like to go on the record about CROCS, THEY ARE UGLY! all of my nurses where them, and I have tried them, to me they are not comfortable at all, and Vanessa, when Rich, meet Mark, he fell in love with his crocs so, for christmas I bought him a brown pair like Mark's I sure he will be wearing them in WDW.

I think flip-flops are a much better choice, but that is just me! WE ARE GETTING VERY EXCITED:banana::banana::banana:

I like the Crocs that Adrian :lovestruc gave me very much, but the hinges rub against the sides of my feet - hopefully I'll get used to it.

In the meantime, I need to find a pair of sandals that are both woven leather, AND have a closed toe (I'm self-conscious about my toes, I think they are ugly!)

So I Like Showtunes!!!!, Im secure enough in my masculinity to enjoy a good showtune!!!!! LOL! and at the sametime listen to the eagles!

I'm sitting at work (and not happy about it). I will have to work the whole weekend - including Easter Sunday.

Then I have one more 25 page paper that I have to write. It's due April 21st so on April 22nd I will be one happy camper - :cool1:

After that, I can concentrate on my trip - oh yeah, I'm going to Disneyworld, baby!! :woohoo: :yay: :dance3: :cheer2:

Go with Keens. Great foot protection, nice arch support, leather, closed toe. They are classified as "hiking" sandals. More supportive than crocs but a bit heavier (its the leather)

Here is a pic of my favorite style, The Venice:

I personally LOVE my Teva sandals.. I can walk in them for miles. :thumbsup2

In my signature is the link to a thread where you can find my pic. It's the one with me and the Piano Man at Bobby McKey's. Not sure what I'll be wearing yet, it's still to early to think that far in advance. But I'll find you guys. :goodvibes

I was gonna suggest the same thing, Keens or Tevas. I know even Sketchers has sandals in that style, but no idea of their long term comfort.

Wednesday May 13 8:05 AM Breakfast Crystal Palace (Magic Kingdom)
Adrian, Rich, Clare, Theresa, Angela, Vanessa, Betty

As always, let me know if you want to be added to anything! :rotfl::goodvibes

Could ya would ya please add me to this breakfast with y'all?

My work schedule is changing again, with me going back to working evenings (and now weekends :(), so my days off will be mid week. This means a breakfast on a Wednesday is actually a perfect fit for me now!! :thumbsup2

In fact, if I can get the time off, it'll be the start of my week long stay-cation. And not a bad way to plan one if I do say so...stay at home and visit WDW with new DIS friends almost every day. :cool2:

Hi Floydian :)

I'm assuming your first name is Floyd? Also, pleasesend Adrian (DOC2) a PM with your T-Shirt Size and Cell Phone number so we can add you to his "surprise" (which even I don't know what it is!)

Nope, my my first name is Brad. That alias is music related, really from a different era of my life, but I won't say exactly who or how.

Oh by the way, which one's Pink?

You know what? I'll ride EE & ToT but I can't do the Teacups, I get dizzy just looking at them :faint: :rotfl2:

You two crack me up. . .I (a 48 year old daredevil who jumps out of perfectly good airplanes for fun), go in EE at least 3 times minimum a visit. Plus R & R at DHS at least 3 times a visit. ToT is a rest and recover ride so please excuse me if I wonder why people are afraid of it. That being said I also like small world, peter pan and snow white. . .its a ride, its fun, have fun. . .its designed so you should not get hurt. . .

I'm with Clare watching all you daredevils. Rode ToT once and it :scared1: the #@#$#@ out of me, don't like my butt leaving the seat. Never been on EE and don't plan to either. But I will ride the Tea Cups...I love that ride.

I caught DHS during ESPN the Weekend one evening, ToT had literally no line for a while (walked right up to the podium inside), and rode it FOUR times in a row within 45 minutes, once in each elevator.

I also made it to rope drop on a slow day at AK one morning, and with the first ride, FP, and the single rider line, rode that one 6 times in about 90 minutes before the single rider line got to a 20+ minute wait.

Yet, I can't ride the Teacups unless the cup doesn't spin at all, and am so borderline on the easy side of Mission: Space that I have yet to even consider the bad side. :rotfl:
