ok, here's my day so far:

BREAKFAST: 1 bagel w/ff butter spray & honey

LUNCH: 1 pc low cal bread w/chicken salad (made with ff miracle whip) + cantalope

WATER!!!! :)

Way to go on the pound. That is one more pound gone. Doesnt that feel good to say!

Good job on getting that mile in. Hopefully the weather will work in your favor tonight and you can do the 3 again!

Hi guys!

Sorry I haven't taken time to really update on more than food intake and exercise...it's been a crazy few days....well i had to go back for another interview at the same place last night...but after my criminal background check comes back, they're going to make me an offer he said...so i'm excited! :teeth:

As for dinner last night, I had: 2 pc low cal bread w/ low cal peanut butter (toasted) and some cantalope and crystal light

because i ended up going back in the evening for a 2nd interview, I didn't get to walk, however I AM going to walk tonight (3 miles) :teeth:

and...for those who haven't yet noticed...I WAS DOWN ANOTHER POUND THIS MORNING....so I claimed my 25# clippie!!! yay!!!! :cool1: :goodvibes :cool1:

I'm super excited about this!! I'm sooo looking forward to just a few more pounds being gone and seeing the 60's on my scale!!! :)

I'm going to have a cereal bar and some lc peanut butter for breakfast, and i'm already drinking my water, i'll report more later! :)

ok so today's goods are:

(thus far)

BREAKFAST: 1 cereal/fruit bar, 1 tbsp lf peanut butter

LUNCH: 1 salad w/little shredded cheese & ff italian dressing, also tuna salad sandwhich on cressant role, + 1 lf/lc yogurt

WATER: 40 oz so far...

will walk 3 miles with GATOR tonight :teeth:

that's all i have for ya now :teeth: KEEP SWIMMING :fish:

YIPPIE, did my 3 miles tonight...worked up QUITE a sweat!!! man oh man :blush:

looking for that THIRTY POUND CLIPPIE....come on baby come on...I'm swimming...where oh where are you???? :teeth:

hey mike, the fajitas were SUPREME I tell ya! ;) well worth the calories...which since it was chicken was minimal compared to beef ;) and oh so good! ;)

ok, I'm going to take a shower i'm DRIPPING wet!!! got a MAJOR workout!! oh ye a, gonna make that exercise challenge this month!!! GO JEN GO JEN GO JEN :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: just cheering myself on a little bit! :)

morning all!

Breakfast this am: cereal bar, probably some light peanut butter too....WATER!!!

lunch??? not sure...may run out to walmart and pick up a hc frozen pizza...we'll see...

i'm SOOO tired today...both physically, emotionally, and just plain SLEEPY too! :(

i wanted to stay in my bed soo bad today..but i didn't, and i made the 1.5 hr commute UGH! tomorrow i leave at noon, have ANOTHER interview at 1pm...YAY!

ok, well off to get this day rolling so i can get the heck out of dodge...the sooner, the better, kwim??? :)

probably will stay busy today, which is a good thing, right? :)

woooo whooo did my 3 miles last night...sweatin up a storm!!! and speaking of storms...it stormed here like CRAZY last night...actually woke me several times, and normally i sleep like a baby through storms! :)

ok, this morning: 1 bowl cinnimon brown sugar oatmeal, but i'm considering another bowl as that didn't really fill me up! :(

i have my interview at 1, and then a phone interview for another place at 2...hope i'm done with the first by then :(

ok, off to get this day rolling! :)
