BREAKFAST: bowl frootie pebbles w/skim milk

LUNCH: HC french bread pep pizza

DINNER: 4 oz grilled teryaki chicken breast w/chicken flavored rice 3/4 c

SNACK: 2 c pineapple sherbert

high carbs, but i don't really watch my carbs, though i may try to start alittle more...

TODAY

BREAKFAST: none (was kinda sick)

LUNCH: salad w/ff italian, little shredded cheese + HC shrimp/pasta meal

SNACK: 1.5 c pineapple sherbert...i gotta quit buying this stuff...even though I planned for it, there's a better way to spend 300 calories on my day i'm sure! :(

DINNER: light pbj on light bread 2 pc--cantalope

WATER: 30 OZ SO FAR

EXERCISE: got a stepper today, going to do some on it later! :) yay

how is everyone??? yes i'm STILL swimming!!! :) scale is stable, lookiing for another loss soon!!!

Jen, I hear ya about the heat. Its just awful lately. How do you like your stepper. I got one years ago from HSN. The great thing is that you can adapt any video to the step. I used to add the step when I was doing Richard Simmons' Dancin' to the Oldies video. Also, I love just putting on music and doing my own workouts incorporating the step. You'll feel it by the next day! Its awesome for working on those upper legs & buns. You're doing great!
 
You're doing great Jen. Good job on the totals for the day!!!! I'm curious how you like the stepper - we do some great upper leg/thigh and butt moves in Jazzercise and sometimes they kill me, but when I'm done they feel great. And even the skinny people tell me how they kill them too so I know it's not just big ole fat me!!!!! LOL

well didn't do my stepper last night as planned, instead, since it had cooled down some, we walked 1.5 miles (gator and I)...could have walked longer easily, however it was pretty late when we started, (due to the heat) and so we had to get home and get the kiddos to bed :)

Going to do 3 miles tonight, and going to try that stepper out too!! I'll keep you posted on it! :teeth:

DINNER: some kind of chicken :)

i'm so ready for this plateau to be OVER WITH!!! i'm going to work very hard the next week so that I get a big loss!!! :) SWIM SWIM SWIM :fish: :fish: :fish:

I so hear you about plateaus! I've been at a weight loss plateau for months now. If we both "Just keep swimming", the plateaus will go and a loss on our scales will show! :Pinkbounc

Good luck on getting the 3 miles in. I know it sucks when you want to do things outdoors and the weathe stops you! Very hard...I have been wanting to go for a bike ride and the weather is stopping me!

I hope you get past this plateau too!

You are doing a great staying on task with your food, even if you have hit a plateau. I'm sure that some of it has to be because you haven't been able to get your regular exercise in but with the heat - you don't want to push it and hurt yourself!!!!

hi guys, sorry i wasn't around today...had ANOTHER interview...ugh! i hope i get one of these jobs soon!!!

was down .5 this morning...hey 1/2 lb is better than nothing right? :)

so here's my day in a nutshell:

BREAKFAST: Nutra grain bar (1)

LUNCH: ummm I was so bad, skipped this, sorry was nervous about the interview @ 1pm

DINNER: chicken fajitas and some chips w/salsa

SNACK: 1/2 c ff/no sugar added ice cream

WATER: 32 OZ

EXERCISE: walked 1.5 miles...

ok, so here's hoping for another loss tomorrow or soon!!!

Hey, sweetie! Sorry about the plateau. God knows I have been there! Just don't give up. Keep up all your terrific efforts and you will definitely soon see fabulous results!

hi guys, reporting in:


FRIDAY NIGHT: exercise, stepping w/my new stepper and video!!! got a nice workout in! :)

SATURDAY: some walking about .75 miles

BREAKFAST: none

LUNCH: subway turkey sub

DINNER: fresh fruit salad, some light torilia chips and my famous light dip, 4 sausage meatballs (small) 1/4 c potato salad

WATER: 64 oz

we went to a cookout, there were burgers and hotdogs, but i didn't eat ANY :) i was very pleased with how i managed to do at the cookout! :) Didn't eat any sweets either! :)

TODAY:

BREAKFAST: 7 ff saltine crackers with lc pb & j

SNACK: a few tortilia chips (lc) with some of my famous lc dip ;)

LUNCH: not sure yet

DINNER: no clue
