thanks for all the congrats on the weight loss...it feels VERY GOOD to see results on the scales...as well as on my body! :)

another day is gone THANK GOODNESS....i'm going home to get some rest now, will post more tomorrow, probably not tonight!

BREAKFAST: pretzels and low fat peanut butter (just a few, and very little pb)

LUNCH: Tuna, lf mayo, relish, 6 crackers, 2/3 c yogurt

SNACK: strawberries

DINNER: LC supreme pizza (french bread), 1 lite lemon yogurt, 2 mini blueberry bagels w/ff cream cheese (toasted)

WATER: 50oz or so

EXERCISE: none today
 
HERE'S MY GOODS TODAY THUS FAR:

1 c brown sugar n cinnamon oatmeal

a few strawberries

lunch: lean gourmet spaghetti and meat sauce + 1 lc yogurt (lemon)

yummie :)

how is everyone this FINE day? :sunny:
 
going to head home in an hour and a half and still not sure what's for dinner, but i'll keep you all posted! :)

Morning Jen - Catching up on journals today. I am glad you enjoyed your trip down here. Sorry I didn't get to meet you in person. Oh and happy belated birthday to you!!! :bday: Notice I didn't use the big cake icon? hehe Are you all back into the work routine yet? We have been sooooo busy at work. I guess you know that though :crowded: It is definately getting a bit crowded down here. Here is some :wizard: for a terrific day.
 
dinner last night was alittle more than i should have BUT I WAS SO HUNGRY :(

i had:

2 turkey brauts
1 lemon lf yogurt
1 lean gourmet lasagna dinner (7 gms fat, 270 cal)
2 mini bags oreos crips (100 cal each)

snack:
2 mini blueberry bagels w/ff cream cheese

UGH!!! OK, NO MORE of that! :) i had a moment i tell ya, had to just go upstairs and get awya from the food :(

today will be a better day, i just know it!!!

breakfast today:

maple/brown sugar oatmeal 1 c, water :)
 
Sounds like you and I both had snack cravings last night. The important thing is to move on from it and make today a better day.

That's one of my faves I play often in my office when I need some motivation! :flower: We are making ourselves free from this excess weight, so lets celebrate each day!

here were my eats:

BREAKFAST: 1 pkg oreo crisps (100 cal)

LUNCH: McChicken Grill from MICKEY D'S...tomato & onion only

DINNER: 2 pc mushroom & onion pizza

WATER: 64 + oz

EXERCISE: :( none

READY FOR HOME!!! :)
