Hi guys!
How is everyone THIS FINE DAY????
I'm doing remarkably well considering I had to come back to "the pit" today LOL
Brought my walkin shoes and I'm going to walk during lunch
ok, well for the cookout, here's what I had:
**3 chicken legs, most of the skin torn off
**1 1" x 1" square piece veggie pizza (this was made on a thin crust with fresh veggies and a ranch dip kind of stuff as a replacement for tomato sauce...not baked...just fresh...
**1 deviled egg
**1/2 c mashed potatoes w/ very small amount of gravy (maybe 2 tbsp at most)
**1 pc strawberry/pineapple cake w/coolwhip
**1.5 cupcakes...(my mom made these and I could not resist them)
So today so far I've had:
BREAKFAST: 1 honey n oats bar, 1 c skim milk, 2 tbsp low fat peanut butter
I am kinda disappointed in myself for doing the desserts at the cookout...but today is a new day...
...as for my overall eating...well normally i would fill my plate (mounded over) and then return for more...this time I only had half my plate with stuff on it, and went back for an extra chicken leg (to make 3) and dessert...so overally i'm happy with myself! 
i need to get caught up on journals....boy do i ever...i'm going to be reading throughout the day
and for all those still waiting on a trip report...it's coming...bare with me!
