Hi guys! :goodvibes

How is everyone THIS FINE DAY????

I'm doing remarkably well considering I had to come back to "the pit" today LOL :rotfl2:

Brought my walkin shoes and I'm going to walk during lunch :teeth:

ok, well for the cookout, here's what I had:

**3 chicken legs, most of the skin torn off
**1 1" x 1" square piece veggie pizza (this was made on a thin crust with fresh veggies and a ranch dip kind of stuff as a replacement for tomato sauce...not baked...just fresh...
**1 deviled egg
**1/2 c mashed potatoes w/ very small amount of gravy (maybe 2 tbsp at most)
**1 pc strawberry/pineapple cake w/coolwhip
**1.5 cupcakes...(my mom made these and I could not resist them)

So today so far I've had:

BREAKFAST: 1 honey n oats bar, 1 c skim milk, 2 tbsp low fat peanut butter

I am kinda disappointed in myself for doing the desserts at the cookout...but today is a new day... :teeth:...as for my overall eating...well normally i would fill my plate (mounded over) and then return for more...this time I only had half my plate with stuff on it, and went back for an extra chicken leg (to make 3) and dessert...so overally i'm happy with myself! :teeth:

i need to get caught up on journals....boy do i ever...i'm going to be reading throughout the day
and for all those still waiting on a trip report...it's coming...bare with me! :teeth:

Sounds like you did pretty darn well at the cookout! Yay for you!

I think you did a great a job at the cookout, that food sounds delicious. Luckily my stepmother doesn't cook that well! hehe You went back for chicken, that is great choice and good balance with the desserts.

I'm with on trying to get caught up on journals! The good thing is the reading and typing keeps us from eating. Or it should! hehe :flower:

I know you will keep swimming and it sounds like walking this week too! hehe Have a great night and an even better tomorrow!

need to report dinner last night: 1.5 canned corned beef sandwich on light bread

1 honey and oats bar

crystal light

WATER: 62 oz

EXERCISE: walked 1 mile

YAY!

TODAY:

BREAKFAST: honey n oats bar, 2 ff vanilla pudding cups and a banana

walking at lunch! hugs guys! :)

ok, reporting in :teeth:

LUNCH: 1 hc dinner (pasta/broccoli/shrimp in light sauce)

1 c light popcorn
1 cup crystal light

I also walked 1 mile at noon today! :) yippie! :cool1:

I feel really good now...I could have walked farther, however my lunch hour was over, as I had eaten the first part of it...

heading home tonight...maybe i can even talk jeff into walking with me at the track again :D he was too tired last night from all that putting away stuff he's been doing! :teeth:

OK GUYS, LET'S GO!!! :cheer2: LOSE :cheer2: SOME :cheer2: WEIGHT!!! :cheer2:

Sounds like you are off to a great start today. I bet you feel good after that mile you did at lunch.

light tortila chips and my famous low cal/fat dip :)
1 chicken breast w/cheese, seasoned with garlic, pepper and red crushed pepper YUMMMIE!!!

1 lemon low cal/ff yogurt

crystal light (1 glass)

ok, breakfast:

lunch will probably be subway...not sure yet

how is everyone? i seem to have plateaued, which isn't fun, however i'm STILL SWIMMING and the plateau could have been from a few bad choices i've made over the last week, or maybe my body's just playing catch up, who knows??? :) at any rate, i feel a big loss coming on soon!!! :teeth:

can't wait to GRAB my next clippie!!!

I think that your plateau is just your body revving its engine up for a big take off!!! (Take off of pounds that is! :goodvibes ) Go you for staying strong during it and I know you will move forward soon!

Maybe you are staying the same because you are not being that active as you been. You seem to be eating very well but now you are just at work. You should try to do stomach crunches at work. While you are sitting there just tighten you stomach muscles like you are doing a crunch and it is funny how tired your stomach gets from doing it. I am doing it as I type right now. good luck and remember to smile you are a great person.
 
WOOOO WHOOOO another WONDERFUL day!!! especially because I'm not at work today :teeth: YAY!!! :cool1:

ok, today I am down 1 lb...not much but at least the scale is moving in the right direction!!!

I'm going to make a commitment to walk today, saturday and sunday.

a minimum of one mile each day, but i'm going to try to do more than that! :teeth:

need to report yesterday's lunch and dinner:

LUNCH: chicken sandwich w/tomato and onion only, and a cup of fruit (pinapple, mellon, grapes) WATER

DINNER: 4 chicken tenderloins, grilled, seasoned w/garlic, pepper and red cracked pepper, and some melted chedder cheese. 1 c rice

SNACK: 1 c pineapple sherbert

WATER: 52 oz for the day

EXERCISE: none yesterday :(
