I am so happy that I'm not a gamblin' gal ... Because if I had made bets on my predictions during this trial, I would be flat out broke by now! :rotfl: ... I really thought the jury would be back today with their verdict, but now I'm really starting to doubt it ... But then again, I have no real clue, because my name is Brit17 and I am a prediction-making L-O-S-E-R  ... :rotfl:

I am still hoping they can bring in a verdict today. I hope the Alexanders do not have to go through another long wait this weekend without an answer.

Answer to 1 popular #JodiArias case questions of day: Unclear if jury deliberates Fri if no decision today. Know @ end if day. Per PIO

I think it was Jean Casarez who reported that it's not usual for the AZ courts to not read the juror questions in open court and now there's serious speculation this is a hung jury, but the judge doesn't want that info public yet. I believe the jury has one last chance to work this out and any other notification to the judge that they can't come to a unanimous decision will be the final decision.

Because of his tweets like this one, I had to turn my mobile phone alert off for him. Just following @VinniePolitan now.

:listen: Still waiting... :surfweb:

Thanks for that info, Remus. I'd been wondering why the question wasn't read because I thought it was part of public record, but then I thought I heard one of the talking heads say something about it being sealed. :confused3

Thank you for all the kind words. I will definitely take a look at this link. There are so many helpful, informative people around here that are helping guide us along. We took the kids to the house today. That was devastating. My daughter is pretty much going to lose everything. She is 7 and understands a lot more than my 3 year old.
Oh, that's just awful. :( Poor kid.

I won't be asking you to pick my Powerball numbers. ;)

The State vs Jodi Arias ~ Travis Alexander murder trial

From the Debra Milke page:

"I got a call from a very frustrated Debra. She needed to vent and that she did! She wants out and NOW! Very understandable as things have tightened down again out there and she is not a happy person. The phone calls between her and her mom are now cancelled. No more! Fini! The door to her room has been modified and it has only the upper half in glass. They did not put a lower panel in the door so they will have some privacy.

The staff seems to be psyched about Jodie Arias coming. Her room is ready (next to Wendi Andriano but with a wall and no vent between them) and will be on suicide watch indefinitely. They say she will be immediately transported to Perryville upon receiving her sentence so everyone seems to be getting ready. With the audit still in work I am sure things are a little 'sticky' out there for everyone."

[Milke is a German-born Arizona death row inmate who was convicted of murdering her son, Christopher in 1990. She was the first female to be sentenced to death in Arizona.]
