I don't wish he was dead. I am hoping that he will recover and be interrogated - we might learn important information. Were he and his brother acting alone, or are there others involved who should be arrested?

I think we may learn so much more through any computers, emails and what ever else may have been going on.

Now , please tell me JW has not filed for a rebuttal on her behalf?? Oh dear lord this may continue into May.

Unfortunately, I think it will continue on into May. Didn't the judge say yesterday to leave May 1st (or was it 8th?) open for a possible trial date?

Anyone know what other Fridays trial will be in session?

The judge would've had to allow it right then and there. Before the jurors questions. I don't think JW can do a rebuttal at this point. Only way she could now is if it was part of the jurors questions. I'm guessing there is still cross and recross on those? If so, I bet she'll try to sneak them in.

Amazing how the FBI spoke with the older brother was questioned in 2011 being tied to a terrorist group. Mom was saying they were picking on her son. Ok, so what does mom think now?

Last June Mom probably thought she was getting picked on when they caught her shoplifting $1600 worth of clothes

7:42 p.m.: Loss prevention from Lord & Taylor called to report they had detained a shoplifter. Zubeidat K. Tsarnaeva, 45, of xxx Norfolk St., Apt. x, Cambridge, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250 (women's clothing valued at $1,624), and two counts of malicious/wanton damage/defacement to property.

I posted that. And that is if only the judge allows it. A few pages back, I posted the procedures of the AZ courts for criminal cases. I don't how the process works, but my assumption is that the judge would have to allow it right away. So far this judge hasn't.
