I guess police do not have to read you your Maranda Rights if you are a known terrorist.

Soooo that brings me to JA........is there any police video of JA being read her Maranda Rignts?

I haven't seen any video, but usually your Maranda Rights have to be read when your first taken into custody. Chances are there might not be any video of this as the arresting officer may or may not have recorded reading them.

Ya, I did watch all the ones that UR listed but I did not see Police reading JA her rights. THAT I would have LOVED to see.

Me to. Going through the timeline of events, they would've read them to her the day she got arrested at her home. She was already indicted for murder and I'm sure there was a warrant for her arrest.

If they would not read her maranda rights I believe she would of had to of been let go. No way would they do that..

Well I am glad that terrorist is now captured. My gawd what a week this has been for my BOSTON!

That's around when the defense suddenly showed up with the Powerpoint presentation- remember the DT said they didn't notify the prosecution because they just threw it together that morning?

Well just the other day the powerpoint was brought up again, not in front of the jury, and the DT mentioned that they had made the powerpoint the previous night- I was waiting for Juan to jump all over that, but I don't think he realized it because he was so focused on the issue at hand.

The gun may have been found!!!!! Someone on the state vs Jodi page said a road crew person found a 25 caliber gun near the hoover damn last year, and just found out about the trial. They turned it over to the police today. He said it was wrapped in toilet paper and in a cactus......The person also indicated their husband was with the person when he found it. Maybe this hearing had something to with it?

I saw where they were talking about the possible gun on the fb page. It wasn't posted by the State vs Jodi people it was just someone posting on that page. They linked to a topix message board which is not a reliable source. According to that message thread the gun was turned in late March. I won't believe it until Juan says he has the possible weapon.

It was on the state vs Jodi, it was in the columns on the right side. I read the page they mention. They said they just turned it over yesterday. But time will tell.

Detective Flores reads them to her in one of the first Jodi Arias Unedited Police Interrogations if you want to see it, but I don't remember which one it's in.
