You know when AL approached Sam, and this is just my opinion and could be wrong about what she said, but if she said to Sam " It is not personal " That may be saying I am lying and being told what to say. Once again that is my opinion on it.

Juan Martinez is listed as one the top death penalty prosecutors in the state of Arizona.

He has been there for 25 years.

If he was not effective in questioning of witnesses or if he did not win enough cases, he would not still be in that capacity.

So I say and most of you would agree, he is a successful prosecutor.
He knows what he is doing and I am confident in his ability.

Let's hope and pray the jurors do the right thing.

Yes it is, this case is as cut and dry as it gets!

JA killed TA, she stabbed him 29 times, slit his throat and shot him in the head, she admits to killing him and there is tons of evidence to prove it also. Tell me one other case in human history that a person was slaughtered in that fashion in "Self Defense"? What is TA, The Terminator?

JM is getting the answers he wants also, ALV is trying her best to deny justice by being difficult in her responses, this is making JM take a long approach to getting the answers, but he is getting them and ALV is slowly crumbing under her only overreaching testimony that was based on LIMITED text based conversations with people she never even met.

Think about how how easy it is to take the side of someone you get to know like ALV did JA, vs someone have never met, you have limited texts fed to you about, and that also happens to be the person that person you are getting to know is bad mouthing?

Yikes, WPack, you do realize the State has to prove premeditation and the Defense is trying for 2nd degree to get Jodi a lighter sentence, right? That's not cut and dried.

And the jury is going to decide this case on limited evidence, and that's more than what Laviolette has had to work on so I hope they can piece together a 1st degree conviction... even if they don't like Martinez.

It really bothers me that the testimony came in about that anorexic girl. I wonder how many people's lives got invaded because of the actions of Jodi Arias.

Oh lord, and we can only hope they can get past all this and be well and happy.

He would probably try to argue on the grounds of the people conducting the tests, but really that's about it. Other than that, I don't see it being kept out as JA herself testified that she allegedly used them to climb up to get the gun.

It is possible the shelves can hold her weight, even if they're not meant to. In order for the Prosecution to really use this, they would have to be climbed exactly like she claimed. Same speed, same obstacles (shoes). Give anyone time to climb them, and the weight can be distributed enough to find the proper support. I guess we'll find out more later.

I don't know. What if they brought shelves in and they did not flip up?

Yes, I have had shelves like that before but free standing, not built in, so I would never have tried to step up on one.
