Over on WS, the people in the courtroom say he is not as loud in person as on TV. It is where the mikes are that pick up that he is yelling. They say he is talking loud but not yelling as it appears onT V/live feed.

I have no problem with the way that JM speaks ... IMO, he is very passionate about his job and seeking justice for the victims (and their families) that he represents ... He and TA's family just sat through how many days of listening to Willie and Violet vilify TA while trying to make JA look like a saint over and over again ... TA no longer has a voice ... Therefore, it is up to JM to be TA's voice ... and if that means that he needs to raise his voice to another octave to get the justice that TA (and other victims) deserves, so be it ... Just my opinion ...

You are kidding me! This trial is a circus!!

I left to grab take out for dinner... yeah, it was entertaining but yet in a embarrassing way. For both. It reminded me of the OJ trial when Laura Hart McKinney asked Chris Darden "why are we having this advesary conversation?" Bloop! When she asked JM are you mad at me? And the laughing and the heads thrown back...that was crazy.

It got ugly and then the "do you want to spar with me?" Tone it down. Make your points. For goodness sakes you are armed with the crime scene photos.

Agreed, I'm going nuts, I can't wait for HLN all evening & court ended a while ago.

Good point. Forget he's been looking at this case for years and this must drive him crazy. !

He is upset, she said Travis is not the victim. I can't even begin to imagine what when through Travis family's mind.

Exactly ... And when Violet said that she saw TA as a perpetrator of domestic violence, I just wanted to scream , I can't even imagine how TA's family felt ... How can she even dare to come to that conclusion when she has never met him nor has never spoken to him? ... All from listening to the stories told and written by a confirmed liar? ... I'm sorry, but Violet doesn't deserve to be treated with kid gloves by JM ... She didn't seem to have any problem giving it to JM, so she shouldn't have any problem taking it either ...
