Oh dear. That sounds ominous.

Nachos. <drool> ARGH I have to stay away from that stuff. I lost a ton of weight in March, and I'm trying to get back to my pre-foot-injury self. You're killing me, Remus! Nachos. :faint:

Years ago I gave up Cheetos (was hooked on them) and lost a good 10 lbs, so I get it, stay way from the junk food, pass it my way. :lmao:

No chocolate here! It's probably my least favorite food...next to bacon.

I already ate nachos, tons of peppers from the garden that burned my mouth, but I think I sweat off about 8 pounds from them!

And I'll gladly take your bacon. :rotfl:

#JodiArias judge just asked to see "the attorneys" in chambers. Unsure if abt Martinez vid matter, juror matter, mistrial motion, etc

:furious:

Thanks for the update.

I hated my elliptical - it killed my knees. :headache: Is Insanity as bad as I imagine it? :scared:

Same for me! Everybody stated that elipticals are supposed to be easy on the joints, but I didn't find that to be true. Could be my posture, when I walk on the treadmill I get shin splints, so I choose to run because it seems to be easier on my ankles/shins/knees.

It's not exactly insanity like the one on tv, but it's the same concept, but we use weights. Umm...yeah, it's pretty bad, get sore, but I also know with soreness comes results. Still waiting to see results as it's only been about a week and a half. I feel stronger though and have more energy.

Good Morning/Afternoon Friends  ...

So, the questions of the day: ... popcorn::

1. Will court start on time? ... :hourglass:

2. Will a mistrial be granted? ... :scared1:

3. Will Juror #5 be dismissed? ... :scratchin

4. Will JA have a migraine? ... :headache:

5. Will the DT finish with it's direct of Violet? ... :rolleyes1

6. Will there be time left for JM to cross Violet? ... :)

7. How many sidebars will there be? ...

8. What colors will the DT be sporting? ...

9. What color socks will Nurmi be wearing? ... ;)

10. Will the juror who eats ice cream outside the court offer some to us? ... :cutie:

#JodiArias is in tan top and black pants. She was just ushered into chambers. The chatter is now whispers.

JA and the Alexanders together in judges chambers? What is the judge thinking??????????

If only I could clear out the cabinets and send all my husband's junk food to you, I'd gladly do it! ::yes:: Soooo hard to stay away from, but my results from last month are encouraging, so I'm staying strong. (for now anyway :p)

I didn't find the elliptical to be easy on my knees at all either, thats why I bought one. The treadmill is much easier for me, even with jogging (which I'm still not up to just yet).

The answer to the first questions is ALWAYS no. Wish I had those odds in Vegas.

As for the rest of the questions, I'm too traumatized by what might be going on in chambers, and am in a MAJOR fog.

Maybe the Alexander's didn't go into chambers and Juan is just telling them what is going on in private so no one else can overhear him in the courtroom? :confused3 ... Because I don't think JA and the Alexander's would be in chambers together at the same time ...

WildAboutTrial‏@WildAboutTrial48s
Just to recap, counsel, Travis' sisters and #JodiArias are in chambers with Judge Stephens. We are still waiting in an empty courtroom.
