Jodi Arias Trial Part 4, starting with redirect of "expert" Dr Samuels, March 19

If only I could clear out the cabinets and send all my husband's junk food to you, I'd gladly do it! ::yes:: Soooo hard to stay away from, but my results from last month are encouraging, so I'm staying strong. (for now anyway :p)
My goodness, you have one of those husbands too? DH does the food shopping and stocks up on junk food. And he's SKINNY. AND he only took up junk food in his old age. AND things like this trial make me (MAKE ME! ::yes:: ) eat it.
Maybe the Alexander's didn't go into chambers and Juan is just telling them what is going on in private so no one else can overhear him in the courtroom? :confused3 ... Because I don't think JA and the Alexander's would be in chambers together at the same time ...
I agree! That one sister would go for Jodi's throat.

Same here. Did a number on my knees. The answer to the first questions is ALWAYS no. Wish I had those odds in Vegas.

As for the rest of the questions, I'm too traumatized by what might be going on in chambers, and am in a MAJOR fog.

Me too ... I posted the questions before I knew everyone was being called into chambers :scared: ... I'm hoping at the most it's just informing them that juror #5 will be dismissed and replaced ... I really don't think a mistrial is necessary, but who knows with this judge

At this point don't want any news media doing any speculating. Juan has pulled them aside before.

I can't imagine a scenario where the Judge would have Travis's Family meet with JA. It just makes no sense, tweeter must be mistaken. :confused3

Unless the judge is gonna do the right thing morally and let them stone that murderous Bit** to death.

Just to recap, counsel, Travis' sisters and #JodiArias are in chambers with Judge Stephens. We are still waiting in an empty courtroom.
Really??? Are they absolutely sure? Cuz this sounds REALLY bad.

I'd watch that!

Thank you for the updates, reelmom.

You have one of those husbands, too, who has no weight issues but eats everything in sight? :headache: Sickening, isn't it?

Too late for a plea deal?

I sure hope so. I don't think anyone (including any of us) would be satisfied with a plea deal at this point in time, no matter how much time it was for.

NOW YOU ARE TALKING MY KIND OF JUSTICE!!!!! :woohoo:

They had to know eventually a juror was going to hear something, or talk to someone, or see something they shouldn't. This is a HUGE trial, they knew it was being televised and would get national attention. If they were that worried about it, the jurors should have been sequestered.

I hope they're just dismissing the naughty juror and we can move on with this today.

I guess it really depends on what this juror might have said, but all the legal commentators have said it would be very unlikely to grant a mistrial based on what one juror might have said.
Too late for a plea deal?
I don't think it's ever too late. And I think that's why Travis' family would be called in...to give their opinion about a plea deal. I have a bad feeling about this.
