Jodi Arias Trial Part 4, starting with redirect of "expert" Dr Samuels, March 19

If the court and the DT are so concerned about what jurors are going to see/hear outside the courtroom, then they need to have them park someplace else and shuttle them to and from the courthouse. There could be ANYONE in the public discussing the case right outside the courthouse. What if JM had just walked past these people and people yelled things like "good job Juan" after him, and a juror saw that? :confused3

This could happen any where the man goes. He still has a life. He has to do things like everyone else.

Thats what they are hoping for so they can ask for a mistrial.

With a case like this they should have been sequestered.

I call JA out on "misconduct" because she has eye contact with the jurors also and she passes notes via her mitigator lady to her mother too ... Boy, the DT really ticked me off with their antics today  ...

Same here, I AM PISSED! I think they are the lowest form of trash.

That's exactly what I was getting ready to type. If they were this hyper-worried about what the jury was going to see, they should have sequestered them.

Ok, I got to thinking ... Baez was charged with misconduct during the CA trial also, wasn't he? ... And that didn't cause the trial from going forward ... so hopefully, the BS the DT pulled today won't amount to anything either ...

And maybe the DT should be charged with misconduct because they are apparently watching HLN ...

Maybe they are just jealous because no one is asking to take pictures with them or for their autographs ;) ...

Should have been that way. :thumbsup2

Wasn't a juror approached by the media earlier in this trial, very early on?

Hi everyone
...was fortunate enough to sneak away for a couple weeks and head to one of my favorite places :earsboy:
While it was awesome to get the fun and sun in....and even take a break from the trial....it's sure nice to be back and get caught up
All I can say is WOW, what a day to get back into it :rotfl2: The circus clearly continues....

You need to watch HLN tomorrow, they are doing 6 hours of the best moments of the case, should catch you up nicely!

For 4 months?? No way. I think that's one of the reasons the CA trial ended the way it did. They bonded! There are studies (don't ask me to quote them...I'll sound like Samuels) about the impact of sequestering a jury.

So, Violet relied partly on Samuels reports. Hhhmm....

Also, she reviewed Travis' emails with "numerous women"? WTH?

And isn't the jury asked all the time if they saw or heard anything on the news or was approached by anyone, etc.? ... I'm sure if they saw JM taking pictures or doing something inappropriate, etc., they would have said something to the judge ...

So now she bought her books and magazines also. WTH? Jodi is such a scam artist.

Oh JM ain't messing around anymore not, they have awoken the sleeping giant now, he is on the Objection attack!

Do you know if the jurors have lunch together daily?

This thing has become a circus all together.

One of the commentators said something the other day like, "there could be a hung jury, because one juror wants to become famous for hanging the jury".
That one really annoyed me. Because he could be 100% correct.
Our social media society may have brought us to something like this.

Oh, she sent the books/magazines because jail is a boring place. News Flash: It's supposed to be!
