This fight or flight scenario with the closet is driving me crazy. I could understand if she was in a new environment and didn't know where the closet lead to but she knew the floorplan. IF she was trying to get away, I would think she would have ran out of the bedroom to the downstairs.

She had another story for that.

I have been a lurker on this thread for about three weeks. I can't watch it live, but try to catch up each day by watching JVM while checking out this thread. You all are pretty fun to follow!

My question is: what is your best guess as to when this trial will end? I need to go out of the country for a time in April and am worried I am going to miss it. It's like leaving in the middle of a movie!

69. Isnt it possible that a hypothesis formed early on about a client could skew the results when evaluating the tests when the individual the hypothesis was formed on takes the tests?

70. Could that hypothesis affect/color how the evaluator reads/interprets the tests, interprets crime scenes, conducts interviews, etc.?

I'm so glad the jury asked these questions. That's what I was thinking yesterday when Samuelson was talking about forming a hypothesis and then evaluating the client. Anyone know how he answered?

I haven't been able to watch today.

They (the court) said April, but I don't know early or late or in the middle, but I'm going for mid April coz it doesn't look like early April as I originally hoped for.

ETA: I'm sure that Daily Mail UK paper will cover the details if you can get hold of it.

I must be in overload or in the fog, but id the Dr. says that ja has ptsd as a result of the tramatic expereince on June 4th, how is that a defense to why she murderer Travis?

I was asking this same question the other day. As much as things have been delayed, put off, pukers, migranes, feeding time, etc., I'm going to say early May.
