Its so irritating that they can say she wasn't jealous of Travis.
But the jury isn't allowed to be aware of all the stalkerish things she did.

Didn't she say in one of her interviews with Martenez that she was jealous and they got into a fight over it....why can't that be admitted?

Just caught up on the thread, still need to catch up on good ole' Sammy. The questions were great and I'm led to believe that in that jury, there is a therapist/psychologist who is familiar with these tests and is sort of challenging his "expertise".

Poor Jodes is looking mighty bony, think this trial is taking a toll on her. I'm going to go on the "I may get the DP" diet!

I'm not sure if that was brought in or not.
I know his ex-gf said something about her stalking him but that was it.
Nothing about tire slashings and entering his house thru the doggie door.

I think they are doing this to make JM's expert seem like she doesn't know what she is talking about because she is younger and has less years experience.

The stalkerish tendencies were brought out in the 911 call...they played that, didn't they? Also, Mimi testified that Travis had a stalker...did she say it was Jodi by name? And, Jodi testified that she had heard after Travis' death that there were rumors that she was stalking him and I think that's supposedly why she called the police...because she knew her name was out there. And honestly, this Samuels guy pointed out that Jodi went along with oral sex quite early in the relationship because basically she had her sights on Travis...he was everything she wanted and above her...and she didn't want to risk ruining her chances with him. I think it's possible can make some assumptions based on that. I hope.

I thought the questions were not in order. I know the judge had said when the jury asked Jodi she said they were not in order.

The judge said that she would be asking the questions in the order that they were submitted.

This fight or flight scenario with the closet is driving me crazy. I could understand if she was in a new environment and didn't know where the closet lead to but she knew the floorplan. IF she was trying to get away, I would think she would have ran out of the bedroom to the downstairs.
