Thanks for that, and yes you did luck out. There was a long lunch break cuz the defense didn't provide full disclosure on this witnesses testimony re his powerpoint presentation. JM had to reinterview him during that time. Hope this guy isn't on the stand until 4:30. Need my JM fix!

No, that isn't what I meant. I am not saying this self defense stuff is the truth, but if she would have never said intruders did it or she wasn't there and had started out with the self-defense stuff, if people would feel differently.
