She'd probably tell them Travis wouldn't have liked all that blood all over himself and I know this because we had such a special bond, I know all his secrets and he knows mine and...and... ummm, and... so I did what Travis would do, I put him in the shower and bathed him because that's what Travis would have done and umm, and.. umm and...

:scared:

Let me thank you for making me burst out in a loud laugh...while in class...while everybody else is finishing their test. I appreciate it. Haha! :lmao:

:crazy2: I cringed while reading that because I think that's likely very close to what she actually would say ... ummmmms and all.

I really wanted to watch this trial but she just absolutely creeps me out and I can't stand to look at her or hear her. I did watch some if it yesterday though and I know that they said that she " broke down" on the stand when he was asking her about stabbing Travis, but I didn't see anything but a very poor attempt to cry. That looked so fake to me.

There were no tears, and she kept wiping her nose and then wiping the rest of her face. Eww

I am watching the first 48 hour interview. Holy crap.

For some reason the DIS is not allowing me to 'double' quote at all. :confused3

Anyway, I wanted to thank Pebbles and UR for their replies to my JUROR question.

AND thanks to BearsCatFan on your reply to my question on the exchange between JM and JA about her 'cell'.

I found it so creepy when we would be shown any interveiws with JA from any Police tapes to TV shows (48 Hours etc) how JA always KNEW what Travis would or would not like … huh? Her demeanor every time she would say his name was with all this child like innocence when in reality we know she is a cold blooded monster murdered.

I have no idea how the Alexander's are holding up and esp when they would hear his voice and then when the crime scene photos would be shown. :sad1:

Did you think JM showed enough crime scene photos to her yesterday or should he have shown them all?

I would have like him to ask her about each of the wounds.

But of course she would have said "I don't know" 29 times.

YEs, but you are right. She would have said "I don't know" 29 times.

Rewatching yest testimony.

I realize that the lawyers don't want to give off an automatic assumption of guilt by acknowledging that JA is currently in jail and has been for several years etc.. 9also by having her already up on the witness stand when the jury comes in so they don't see her in shackles or restraints of some kind) but seriously... does anyone think she could be walking free when she is up for a capital charge??? Plus the interviews with 48 Hours clearly show her in prison so what's the big secret..

I think that JM should finish his closing argument by saying it was Murder 1 and not any lesser of a charge and any conviction other than Murder 1 will let her out on the prowl to find your sons/brothers/nephews etc who could be her next victim.

I cannot wait to hear his closing, I think it is going to be great.

You know I would love to ask her, " In your fog how do you think to lock the bedroom door " ? But I don't think that was ever brought up.

I may leave the house today!

Maybe, then something to do with the secret messages in the magazines? That just sort of disappeared.

I think the magazines will be brought up in the rebuttal. I think all these loose ends will be neatly tied up in closing.

Picked this up from another site who got it from another site:

Juror #1 70s WM, #2 30s WF, #3 50s WF,
#4 70s WM, #5 60s WM, #6 30s WM,
#7 50s WM, #8 late 20′s Hisp M, #9 40s WF,
#10 70s WM, #11 60s WM, #12 30s WM,
#13 60s WF, #14 30s WF, #15 70s WM,
#16 50s WF, #17 60s WM, #18 60s WF

Supposedly that's from an eye witness in the court room, for whatever that's worth. :rotfl:

There appears to be many jurors in their 60's and 70's, I wonder how they felt about all the explicit talk.
I'm now immune to it. LOL at first my jaw dropped several times.

I am listening to her from yesterday and when she is talking about the checkpoint at Hoover Dam.

Apparently you cannot carry a firearm across the Hoover Dam. She had to know exactly what she was doing.
So she had to of gotten rid of the gun at that point.

They may have been appalled. They probably wished they did not have to hear that phone call. They may also be thinking this could be one of their grandchildren on a phone call like that.

She locked the bedroom door, turned up the A/C, closed the gate so the dog couldn't go upstairs, cleaned up.. Remembered to turn off her cell phone so it couldn't ping her locations as she drove, threw away key evidence, made calls to friends to set up alibis and so on and so on.. :sad2:

I am also waiting for the rebuttal.

Eh, I was immune before. Have heard that sort of language many MANY times.... Just has little effect on me. But I BET their jaws dropped.

Had no idea you can't carry a gun across the Hoover Dam. She had to have ditched it before she got that far. And She had to know ahead of time she couldn't have it (although I am sure, she planned where she was dumping it anyway....)

I really don't know how anyone could think it was anything LESS than premeditated.......
She can deny it all she wants, but gee...
