That's my point. Why is the defense bringing out all these people she could have borrowed a car from - isn't that counter-productive to their case? Or is Nurmi just a bigger idiot than I originally pegged him to be?

I usually can't tell what side he's on. Jodi looks bad either way or any way, so maybe it's not his fault. No, it's his fault. Hearing his voice makes me want to do very bad things.

OK...so she threw Matt under the bus about having unregistered guns. I wonder if Matt is a rebuttal witness, about her trying to get him to lie about Travis liking boys. Does Jodi just want to stick it to him for the hell of it? Or is she trying to undermine him now?

This is relevant to the prosecution. They just helped them here. She could've but didn't, which goes to show she didn't want to because of her intentions.

I think so too. The whole gas thing was dumb too. Who in their right mind buys 2 gallons of gas at a time or even 5 at a time when you have the means to fill it up. IIRC, the deposits were already made so if her explanation is valid she would have filled it up.

Hopefully the Judge will let Juan back up to address any new testimony, like the anger in the car (Which btw, I am a mild mannered person but one time got stuck in traffic on the Beltway in DC area. I found myself hitting the steering wheel a few times. )
