Mostly, and the judge allowed an edited, spliced-together recording of the sex tape with basically only Travis' voice on it talking about everything he wanted to do to Jodi.

I have been thinking about that gun, she got arrested with a gun, and her mom asking about the gun she hid in the car. I keep thinking how did a neighbor not hear a gun shot. I was telling my husband a while back if she had a silencer on the gun. How strange her dad had a non registered gun with a silencer and her mom was asking. I wonder if that gun is missing?

Isn't all this car testimony just proving her premeditation?? She allegedly wanted to save money, and ALLLLLL these people would have lent her a car.

And if the skater boys switching the license plates happened on the way TO Travis', no way would she be able to get to Travis', and leave and drive again and NOT be stopped for having an upside down plate.

That's my point. Why is the defense bringing out all these people she could have borrowed a car from - isn't that counter-productive to their case? Or is Nurmi just a bigger idiot than I originally pegged him to be?
