The jury has heard from her she did tell Travis no and that he complied with the request. The jurors are old enough to know right from wrong in that situation. They can tell she is purely acting.

Very much in agreement. I think she was teaching him how to be more aggresive.

She is presenting herself as this innocent sexually inexperienced person, shocked that he would want to have relations with her....yet she lived with her boyfriend at 17 and was pretty much in a relationship nonstop from that point on....she certainly wasn't the shrinking violet she is trying to portray on the stand.

Does anybody know if they pulled phone records/text messages from years ago? Is there proof that Jodi didn't ask for graphic pictures of Travis, and she says that she called and he didn't call him back. Was she calling him thirty times in a row? I'd be interested to know if some of that can be proven.

Agreed, about the anal sex. And as someone said on InSession, here she is getting baptized, and she didn't learn anywhere along the way...except from Travis...that no sex means NO SEX of any kind??

For TruTV it's 8am CST and I'm sure they'll cover it both Thurs and Fri, then there's HLN (all the talking heads) at night starting at 6pm CST, I think.

No court tomorrow or Friday.
