Plymouth Gin, Heering Cherry Liqueur, Bénédictine, Cointreau, fresh Lime Juice, Pineapple Juice, and Grenadine

Add me to those who enjoyed the Cool-headed Monkey. I don't know anything about Shorty's Singapore Sling because I don't care for Gin based drinks, There are some others that look interesting but some of the ingredients aren't ones I enjoy like I know I don't care for anything with Midori or Peach. I'm bummed about the Empanadas being removed from the menu, I really enjoyed them last year. I really liked the Snkebite Sliders too.

It's a "must do" for us. We visit every trip. The first few times we just did drinks. Last year we were a little hungry too, so we got the queso. It was good and filled the hunger, but wasn't anything to write home about.

Had the Air Pirate's Cargo Loaded Pretzel along with drinks last night. Plenty enough for the two of us. The Shorty's Singapore Sling (Plymouth Gin, Heering Cherry Liqueur, Bénédictine, Cointreau, fresh Lime Juice, Pineapple Juice, and Grenadine) was delicious. I always enjoy watching the Amphicars launch and return.
